Then, she will randomly show up with different people (always senior citizens from Philippines) that are clueless. She will force them to sign contracts they clearly have not read or understand. This lady is ruthless and doesn’t care who she manipulates or cheats.

I was duped by this old clown. I thought she was a nice old asian lady that was kind of a simpleton, so I agreed to help her out. Turns out she was scamming me. She wasted my time and my time is money. I work solely on commission. She let me do all of the work and then scammed me out of my commission. I have a contract but she used someone else’s name and is acting like she doesn’t understand English all of sudden. I researched her online. I found this site with her negative reviews. The reviews are accurate. She has bad credit and multiple creditors are after her in Texas. She’s like 5 feet tall, black hair but balding, and dark eyes like a coyote. Melencia runs around with a lady named Olive, like from the Popeye cartoons. Olive is a convicted felon. I found the Dallas news article where she was convicted of federal medicare and medicaid fraud. That monster was scamming sick and dead people. You meet all of kinds of people in my line of work.

Okay, so my husband wants me to add that the house does not meet CODE. He said there is a spaghetti of electrical wiring and conduit hanging out of the wall and coming out of the ground by the pool and garage. Nothing is secured or safe, especially since its right by the pool. He said the stove is heavily used and looks like it came out of an old restaurant. Watch out for the foundation, the cement is cracked everywhere and water is coming up through the cracks in the garage floor. I know the housing market is hot right now, but this house is ridiculous. Pre-covid, this house would have been sold as a fixer up for under $450,000.

To add to the other review about this property, I would like to say that it is just plain awful. It is probably the most dangerous house I have been in (at least in America). There is a massive retaining wall by the pool with nothing to keep you from falling off the cliff. The pool is not fenced so good luck with homeowners insurance or keeping the neighborhood kids from suing you. Surrounding the pool is a concrete patio with uneven drop offs and steps that go no where. What's up with the pool being right next to the driveway and garage? Maybe the pool is really a car wash. Don't even get me going on the death stairs or uneven floors inside the house. There is like sharp stuff on some of the doors and door knobs. Sharp enough you didn't want to touch them again. It was so hot in the house that my makeup was melting off. The realtor said the aircon was on, but the thermostat showed it was 94 degrees. Is this listing a joke at $3.4M?
