Kathy was my drive thru cashier. She was excellent in service and very friendly. I asked for a shredded chicken quesadilla melt grilled twice and actually received grilled twice and in exceptional time.

I love this Taco Bell. I also really enjoy TB breakfast. I work 3rd shift, and also down a street from this TB. I had to go back home though and get my wallet, but I came back because the TB on Williams doesn't have as nice of workers as Kasey is. I like her, she seems extremely cheerful for an early morning person. It always makes me happy, and I go home home at eat my breakfast burritos in a good mood because I wasn't yelled at by a drive through worker. Also, she gets my order right. I hate tomatoes, and when I ask for no tomatoes I actually don't get tomatoes. It's nice to have my order right. 10/5, but you only let me put 5. I'll be back of course. Usually on payday, so every other Thursday, around 7:15-7:30am. For a grande steak burrito no tomatoes, and a bacon grande burrito with everything. No sauce. God I love TB breakfast. I've been up for 18 hours and it's wonderful to eat before I crash.

The new carhop thing is ridiculous. I would prefer to not stare at a workers chest to Barely see the tiny menu while they stare at me. And I can’t even order my favorite item unless I download a app. Tip : get rid of the people outside with there tiny menus in your face and stop taking everything off the menu. If they can make the food why can’t I just order it without downloading the app.

I've had multiple mobile orders come out with items missing & have found hair in our food 3 different times, which is obviously super gross. Nothing was done about either situation, thanks for taking my money & not giving me what we paid for or ruined d food, with human hair in it. It's very much appreciated. Hope you grasp the sarcasm.

My visit was fine. Hardly a line. Service once at the counter was quick and easy. Transaction was also quick. The soda area was clean. Waited less than 5 mins for my order. I liked that the lady checked the receipt with what was in the bag. Good experience at this location.

Martina was my sales associate & manager of the Taco Bell restaurant in Woodland. She smiled and greeted me while in line and made me feel wanted in welcomed in her store which is extremely important. Her uniform was neat and sporty and she went above and beyond for my order specifics!
