I don't usually post things but I feel so upset and disgusted that I have to let u all know what kind of restaurants u should be careful from... My family and I went to Los cuatros amigos yesterday because it's my daughter favorite places. We thought we were going to enjoy our time, when I found a bloody band aid in my fajita. I was in shock and grossed out, we complained to the employees as they told us the manger was on break and they couldn't get a hold of him. After we left with a sick stomach my husband called the restaurant to talk to the manger and he acted as if he had no idea what was going on. This makes me so disgusted and sick u can never trust restaurants hygiene.

Ordered sirloin shish-ka-bob, vegetables had a hard substance discovered while chewing, chipped a tooth. Part of Landry's chain, their corporate denied the claim. Left with an $1100 dental bill. Very poor customer service!!!! Manager was very kind, despite corporate mis-management of claim.

Used the McDonalds app Deals for 50% off double cheese burger. The cashier at the drive up scanned the coupon on my phone, but it was not for my order. Possibly it was for another customer from a second drive up line. When she then pulled up my order, she rescanned the coupon, but said it wouldn’t work. It was because it was used already. Yes, on the mistaken order it was just applied to a minute earlier. So she said I couldn’t use the coupon and I would have to pay full price. I said to her that’s not right. She said there was nothing she could do and that if I wanted my order, I would have pay without the benefit of the coupon. There was a line of customers behind me, so I just paid and took my order. I still feel this is not right.

If you have children do not eat here. They are not kids friendly! We have a three year and and twin one year olds. We order one kids meal for them to share because they don’t eat much. They came back after ordering to say there would be a $3 charge because the kids were sharing. They had already brought out the kids salad so we ate it. (We ate it with our hands because they never brought silverware until we asked four times and our meal was brought out.) It had three pieces of lettuce, one tomato, and one bell pepper. When they brought out the kids spaghetti it was in a very small soup bowl. It would have been barely enough for our three year old. We told them we didn’t want it. So when we got our bill they tacked on the $3 share fee to my meal and then charged $3.50 for the pitiful “salad” we ate. The staff was rude and unhelpful. We will never go back!
