Cons •As an employer they do always have most of the supplies you need. •Supervisors/managers change often. (Still eat there. My teachers and friends from school go there to. Managers are different.) •Developing biased opinions, let other employees rule over them. •Allow untrained personnel to begin work in front of customers causing issues/embarrassment. •After I clock out they ask me to sweep the floor. •The servers ask a lot of things of me at the same time. To much sometimes I cannot do it all. •Last minute creating asinine rules (where there are no rules or employee handbooks) use it to their advantage out of spite against an employee or customer. •No proper form of disciplinary procedures to ensure every employee is not goofing off. •Creates an environment that allows employees to feel free to not focus on job execution. •Management allows subbing/relief of managerial duties to a person untrained in people skills. •Paychecks? Always late. •Kitchen staff changing with nice workers and also workers that throw plates or yell for absolutely no reason or try to kiss you. Making the workplace non-friendly/positive environment to execute success in business. •No changes can be made on the menu however the menu only states changes can be made for allergy purposes. *when needed always an issue for the head of the kitchen. •Patronizing employees due to customer requests on their orders. They yell at the server. (Kitchen manager). •Head of the kitchen (which often changes) will make awful remarks regarding orders entered by said staff in a small restaurant that arguing can be heard in the dining room from the kitchen. •Greek bartender always yelling in Greek and seems like he's arguing. •Had issue after leaving business with my check amount. Had to threaten to sue them to ensure I'd get my correct amount due to me. That is theft if you are not paid what you are owed. Beware with them. Count your hours. •No employee parking. •No refund in parking like neighboring jobs. Pros •Relaxed uniform, jeans and white shirt. You can wear different pants and not get written up for it. •The food is really good. The menu is simple yet not so simple. Details are everything. •Managed to succeed with their cocktails that go well with anything on the food menu. •Management let's you choose when you want to work for the most part. •If I needed more water pitchers I would get them next day by management. Very good with those type of needs. •Owners come from Greece and say hello they are very happy to keep employees working in a happy environment -(that's what they want). •They let you drink all the coffee you want. •Allow you to order food to take home. •Give you 50 percent off food. •Went with my mom and ate. I paid with my money at 50 percent off. •Have nice decorations that attract nicer crowd. Family crowd. (Adult family and young adults seem like what they want. Meaning no kids menu). *I worked there around when they first opened they wouldn't let some people be a server and they would let only 1 or 2 guys be the server. I still go there because I like the food but things do not seem like what they did before. I still have friend or 2 there. I hear things. People need to know what is going on in every job. Don't let this stop you from working here. Every job sux. I am going to school I cannot work there.

Over all shitty place. Nasty used soda cups and coffee cups every where. Supervisors carry on with sexual activity with employees. Upper management knows of the bias that is in there and encourage it. Don't value go reliable and hard working people but praise the ones who contribute nothing. If you are a convict you will fit in nicely half of the people are convicted felons. From bank robbery to drugs. The owner of this company would rather stay out of the country than to really understand why her good help is leaving . Susan Gravely you need to wake up and open your eyes to the problems in your company. If you are EVER sent to the place avoid it. All it does is cause health problems. Also if a supervisor injures you the receive no punishment for their actions . In fact they laugh about it. Precede with caution!!!!

***. Food cold. Taste crappy. No forks spoons or knives to eat with. Ordered bacon and eggs. No bacon given. Eggs mushy and half done. Like this every time . should close the doors.

Gave coffee put coffee lid on cup and left fingerprint where you drink from cup. Armed for a different lid several times and one lady left a greasy fingerprint right where you drink from. So I said nevermind I won't use a lid. The manager laughed and said well I dont know how else to do it, to the other customers. Evidently they have NO CLUE about infection control and cleanliness. Not hard to figure out to use GLOVES or put the lid on without putting your dirty fingers on the spot where you drink from.

I think the coffee price is ridiculous if you want one cup 239 just too much so the person that wants to set and drink coffee that's fine a dollar and a half is sufficient

I love this Taco Bell. I also really enjoy TB breakfast. I work 3rd shift, and also down a street from this TB. I had to go back home though and get my wallet, but I came back because the TB on Williams doesn't have as nice of workers as Kasey is. I like her, she seems extremely cheerful for an early morning person. It always makes me happy, and I go home home at eat my breakfast burritos in a good mood because I wasn't yelled at by a drive through worker. Also, she gets my order right. I hate tomatoes, and when I ask for no tomatoes I actually don't get tomatoes. It's nice to have my order right. 10/5, but you only let me put 5. I'll be back of course. Usually on payday, so every other Thursday, around 7:15-7:30am. For a grande steak burrito no tomatoes, and a bacon grande burrito with everything. No sauce. God I love TB breakfast. I've been up for 18 hours and it's wonderful to eat before I crash.

This is the worst Taco Bell! EVERY time we order a Beef crunchy taco sup. They give us a reg. Crunchy taco. This visit I ordered 3 chicken chalupa Sup., the shell was so hard I didn’t even eat it, our taco sup. Was a reg. Taco broke in half because they stacked the 3 chicken chalupas on top of it. I also ordered a 12 pack. Cinn. Treats. They were ok. I should have thrown a 20$ bill in the toilet and flushes it. Out of all the food I ate 2 Cinnabon things. They just now started wearing gloves and masks and handing the card thing out of the window so I can swipe it myself. All other Taco Bell stores started this when the Pandemic began, it’s now Sept. and they started doing it at the end of Aug. Corporate really needs to visit this store and stay a week and watch. Go thru the drive through unannounced and see what you get. This store is ran by a bunch of teens and very young adults that should not be in charge. If they can’t find responsible managers to manage the teens then close the store down. Food is always wrong and terrible. I am done with them. I will go to the Taco Bell on Post Rd off of I-74 from now on! That store is awesome...just a little farther, which is ok with me!!!

I really enjoy going to A.D. But this time it was bad,awful, not good. I think you get the point. I wanted a Reuben sandwich.like I have had in the past. But I had wings with it. The sandwich was bad. Nothing like before. The bread was soggy,no sauerkraut,to much sauce, meat crispy. It was bad. . cashier was good. Call a lady from the back. She put on gloves lifted the bread and said it's good. Mean while I tried to tell her this isn't a Reuben. She called another guy from the back. He said it was good. It took everything in me to not tell. The sandwich wasn't good. But. Instead of causing a scene. I left. I should have ask for my money back or continued an argument. I have been there a number of times. But I will NEVER GO BACK. LOST A CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL. Cashiers was good. NEED A NEW COOK.

I came in Sunday night and I received poor customer service when I went through the drive-through there’s no reason why I have to town three times before I get the window and then say it again at the window by the time I get to the window my food should be ready then they barely put any salsa on the tacos and I will never go back to that store again And the store manager Told me if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else
