The food was OK but the gal taking my order was a smart ***. At the end of the order she asked me if I wanted anything else, I said NO. Then she asked me if I wanted 2 cookies for some price and I frowned and I might have said, I said No in normal tone. Then she said I’m just following the script. I paid my bill and at the end she quipped up, I’m sorry I was doing my job. I might have left that alone but then she was talking to another customer she might have known and she was complaining to him, loud enough for me to hear, about customers complaining because she was doing her job.

Ordered wings at 11:30 am to be ready for pick up at 6 :00 pm same day. Super bowl sunday. They failed to have them ready and service girl looked bewildered. She went to back and said it would be 15 minutes. But it was in rack 45 minutes later. We took wings home opened them up and they were over cooked . Fifty wings garbage! Nobody could eat them they were hard as a rock. Tried calling about but could not get through. If your quality of the food suffers because you have more orders than you can handle you need to stop until your caught up.as for this batch of wings I rate you as a ZERO .

Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes @ 1:45 p. m. No one ever came on to take my order. Had to go into lobby to place my order. Treated like it wad an inconvenience to wait on me.

The food was good and always never had an issue! I must say the manager Brandon on Jan 23 2020 between 2:45-300 pm had a very bad attitude! They got our order mixed up through drive thru but when Brandon came out he stayed we devoured our food! Well yes we were hungry and eating but we were owed..6cherry and creme pies and they gave us correct drinks but two extra fries! This man has anger issues and refused to listen to our side! I hope this man is not the Manager because he should try to fix the issue! After going inside to try to get $ adjusted for what we were owed he got even more upset and his employees were actually on my side and asking him to calm down..

This is probably 1 of the lowest quality restaurants I have dined at n cares little for its reputation or customer satisfaction. We ordered pud Thai w extra extra vegetables, they said ok. I got tons of just white noodles for about $12. No extra vegetables, little pud Thai sauce, wow, bad meal. I contacted Noodles. The mgr called me, I was more than glad to discuss, she said she was sorry n promised a coupon for a free entree. After about a month, nothing. I contacted them again, addressed it directly aimed at Laura, again nothing. The tables are,always dirty When We have gone in there. Enuf, never going back. I see they r rated very low on some other sites, I can see why. Sad, this could be a good place.
