Hello, I am looking for Paula Polma and Lan Buttery. Today's date is August 11, 2025. I have tried reaching them at their property, which is a gated community called THE PENINSULA, located in Rowlett, Texas. Due to the gate, I was unable to gain entry. Paula and Lan refused to grant me access when I contacted them. I have left 2 written notes at the gate for them to contact me, and I have sent letters to their Rowlett address. Neither has responded. I am trying to resolve this without filing a lawsuit, but I am prepared to take this to court if need be. These 2 ladies owe me over $100,000. I am a small business owner, and they owe me for unpaid commercial lease payments, unpaid utilities, and property damage (they purposely flooded my building and tore up the interior walls). Both are involved in running illicit massage parlors and *** services in the greater DFW area, which I did not initially know. Both have an extensive history of liens, bad debt, and lawsuits. The address they provided me is 150 Peninsula Drive, Rowlett, TX 75089. But, I have confirmed that they also use the following addresses: 175 Peninsula Drive and 200 Peninsula Drive both of Rowlett, TX 75089. The past employment information we found for them is Citadel Broadcasting and Tax Seasons. This nosy old man has nothing better to do than to harass my auntie and our family. He is on a power trip because he volunteers for our neighborhood association. He is somehow in charge of the neighborhood gate and has stopped us from going to our own home on more than one occasion. When questioned, he says he is just doing his job. He never exactly knows why he locked us out. He talks so much he confuses us and himself. “I don’t know anything. I haven’t seen the email. I haven’t seen any invoices. I don’t know why but I am just doing my job and messing with your life.” Its so obvious he is a stuttering fingerpointer that has nothing better to do than to harass minorities. Every single day either he or his wife are in their front yard watching the gate, even if its 100 degrees. They stare at us and our friends every time we come and go. This is no joke. They stop what they are doing. Stand straight up and stare directly at us. Sometimes, they start walking towards us with their zombie like stare. In many ways, its sorta creepy. When they aren't on their stakeout, they have cameras strapped to their trees to watch the gate. I don’t think these stink-eyed, nosy old people have seen rich asians before. All you’re doing is embarrassing yourself. Get a life. What’s it like picking up trash? How do you like that? Its like you work for us. So clueless.

You have reduced the price on this property 9 times. $3,400,000 to $1,959,900. You must hold the record for being the worst realtor in Texas. Go back to working at Sonic where your sales expertise can't screw up people wanting to buy a burger. Lol! What a joke you are! Lol!
