It would have been a five except the lady who took our order was extremely rude. On receipt it says 3035/3138 if this helps identify her. Food was great and restaurant clean but she spoiled the visit.

Service TERRIBLE food good. I sat in drive through line for several minutes without anyone asking for my order. I had to pull around to window and then it took a while to get someone to the window! Terrible

We won a free lunch / dinner certificate at while at the Michigan Club in Alabama and Cici’s made a donation so we just ate there. Great establishment, great hot food and good service and good friendly hard working employees. We will definitely eat there again.

I visit this location because they are fast, hate waiting in line. The ladies that work the window in the mornings are great, Courteous and very attentive to their job and to the customer. Like the guy that takes orders and his up-sale comments, love his sense of humor. Only issue is the smell near the drive up window. Smells like a old stale trashcan. This area needs to be cleaned with a power washer on a regular basis.
