My visit was fine. Hardly a line. Service once at the counter was quick and easy. Transaction was also quick. The soda area was clean. Waited less than 5 mins for my order. I liked that the lady checked the receipt with what was in the bag. Good experience at this location.

She smiled and greeted me while in line and made me feel wanted in welcomed in her store which is extremely important. Her uniform was neat and sporty and she went above and beyond for my order specifics! We tried Shin Sen Gumi's new restaurant today. Having eaten at some of their restaurants before, we expected a fine Japanese meal. It turned out this new location serves it's food cafeteria style. We picked yaka tori and Hakata Ramin The Yaka Tori was cold and the Ramin was not very tasty.
