My husband & I each ordered Big Macs... both had a bun size burger on the bottom but a small (about 1/2 the size) on the top. We were down the road before this was noticed... Would like a refund as this was NOT put together with the right burgers?

Ordered bacon & egg biscuit no cheese. Biscuit had so much cheddar cheese on it I had to throw it away because I couldn't scrape the cheese off. Not going back to this McDonald's. I heard the lady ask the guy if it was the one with no cheese and he said yes. So he needs to remember what he is fixing.

Told by employees they were too busy to take my order, as another employee was picking their nose behind register. Made order at screen and waited 15 minutes for food. Which was wrong. Don’t like to leave bad reviews, but worst McDonald’s experience by far.

Food OK, but they price gouge! Posted price for the Sausage Egg McMuffin is $4.59, but at the window they charge $5.79. So VERY WRONG. Illegal, as well? They admitted their prices had gone up and they'll get around to changing the menu board at some time. Again, that is WRONG. If they treat people like this, then I will NOT be back. Shame on you.
