This restaurant is rarely clean, the milkshake machine and ice cream machine are down more than they’re up. Especially anytime after five in the afternoon, several times through the drive-through the order isn’t right and we have to come back in. The morning staff is a little more on top of things than the evening staff. And honestly since when do we sit and have a number at our table, whatever happened to McDonald’s being go up an order get your food and sit down? Honestly that is a negative for me. This one and Clinton is probably the worst one we’ve ever been to and we don’t frequent it often anymore.

I love this Taco Bell. I also really enjoy TB breakfast. I work 3rd shift, and also down a street from this TB. I had to go back home though and get my wallet, but I came back because the TB on Williams doesn't have as nice of workers as Kasey is. I like her, she seems extremely cheerful for an early morning person. It always makes me happy, and I go home home at eat my breakfast burritos in a good mood because I wasn't yelled at by a drive through worker. Also, she gets my order right. I hate tomatoes, and when I ask for no tomatoes I actually don't get tomatoes. It's nice to have my order right. 10/5, but you only let me put 5. I'll be back of course. Usually on payday, so every other Thursday, around 7:15-7:30am. For a grande steak burrito no tomatoes, and a bacon grande burrito with everything. No sauce. God I love TB breakfast. I've been up for 18 hours and it's wonderful to eat before I crash.

The make employee taking orders was super nice and courteous and went out of his way to get my order correct and make sure I wasn’t charged extra for a change. His politeness is much appreciated and not common these days.

The new carhop thing is ridiculous. I would prefer to not stare at a workers chest to Barely see the tiny menu while they stare at me. And I can’t even order my favorite item unless I download a app. Tip : get rid of the people outside with there tiny menus in your face and stop taking everything off the menu. If they can make the food why can’t I just order it without downloading the app.
