HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Took over 15 min to get food. Went inside thinking it would be faster than the drive through boy was I wrong! After waiting for 10 min I asked where our order was and the girl looked at me like I was stupid. Stood there then walked away! Did NOTHING TO HELP. After she took another order and gave another customer that ordered after us their food then she asked about out order which was still wtg on a qutr pounder of all things! They move so slow behind that counter snails move faster. No sense of urgency whatsoever. And when she finally gave me my food didn’t even get an apology I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS MCDONALDS EVER AGAIN!

Used the McDonalds app Deals for 50% off double cheese burger. The cashier at the drive up scanned the coupon on my phone, but it was not for my order. Possibly it was for another customer from a second drive up line. When she then pulled up my order, she rescanned the coupon, but said it wouldn’t work. It was because it was used already. Yes, on the mistaken order it was just applied to a minute earlier. So she said I couldn’t use the coupon and I would have to pay full price. I said to her that’s not right. She said there was nothing she could do and that if I wanted my order, I would have pay without the benefit of the coupon. There was a line of customers behind me, so I just paid and took my order. I still feel this is not right.

If I could give the restaurant and the staff a zero I would. I ordered a product using the order kiosks and the price was incorrect. When I received my order, I asked the staff member for the rest of my order and she told me that the price was incorrect in the kiosk so she decided not to provide me with the product. Essentially, the restaurant is misrepresenting their prices. Either update the order kiosk prices or continue to honor the price posted on the order kiosk. There are several ways to handle this issue. One option is to honor the posted price in order to keep your customers. The second option is to correct the price using a sign next to each kiosk and next to the cash register. The third option is to have the staff trained how to handle this problem. I've put up with substandard service from this restaurant for years, with incorrect orders common, poor service and a dirty restaurant. This is just the final straw and I will take my business to another restaurant The Wendys in Maynard is a much better option.
