Rickey took my order . His customer service was priceless. He spoke well, he offer the deals on the pies, and when I arrive to the window he had the biggest smile on his face. My visit was so pleasant that I had to complement him. He was shocked by the complement, which tells me he is just doing what he knows is right to do. Excellent customer service!!!

Owner is rude, i called ti complain about my food that i paid for a fish dinner i was charged 13.00 for a disgusting 3 piece dinner that hardly had fries with the fish. They put 2 hard carrots in the fish dinner and said its garnish! Wow! Why wouldn't they add a lemon wedge? When i talk to the owner i said I'd never return and he replied that he didn't care and wasn't willing to correct anything to satisfy me.

The manager who rang in my order was fine. The cashier who spoke to me and took my order was overly Curt with me, talked over me, and made it very clear she did not want to work today. I've had problems before and I'm not sure if it was her, this time I asked for a name : Trinaysha, I wasn't given a spelling. I work in fast food, I know it's hard, but I'd gotten off my own shift and wasn't looking for this type of treatment. I'll try to use a different location, but I thought someone should be informed of this.
