Okay so I ordered 2 number 7s 2 loaded potato grillers 2 large cherry Pepsi’s 3 beef soft shell tacos and 1 shredded chicken quesadilla. Well when I got back to my work I realized I didn’t get the shredded chicken quesadilla. I was very upset by this. And you guys still charged me for it. I think that was ridiculous. And I shouldn’t have been charged if you weren’t gonna give it to me.

Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes @ 1:45 p. m. No one ever came on to take my order. Had to go into lobby to place my order. Treated like it wad an inconvenience to wait on me.

This Taco bell always forgets to give you the food you ordered. When you order for 5 people and spend 30 dollars when you want to get your items..... Must be poor management. Always going back for missed items manager not once has apoke to me....
