I used the drive through on 9/1/2020 at 7:15 AM. I ordered a sandwich NO CHEESE. THE sandwich had cheese!! Mt hot tea was filled to the BRIM. When I picked it up to get out of my car the lid came off and my hand was burned. What is happening with training people these days? They should know where the fill line is on the cups, especially hot drinks. Very, very disappointed and not how I wanted my day to start. I will not go back.

Ordered wings at 11:30 am to be ready for pick up at 6 :00 pm same day. Super bowl sunday. They failed to have them ready and service girl looked bewildered. She went to back and said it would be 15 minutes. But it was in rack 45 minutes later. We took wings home opened them up and they were over cooked . Fifty wings garbage! Nobody could eat them they were hard as a rock. Tried calling about but could not get through. If your quality of the food suffers because you have more orders than you can handle you need to stop until your caught up.as for this batch of wings I rate you as a ZERO .

I bought oatmeal at the drive thru and they gave me the food with a soda lid that didn’t ft the oatmeal container. They didn’t have spoons. I was given a fork to eat the oatmeal.

Ordered 3 crunchy ta is 2 cheesy roll ups and 1 buffalo chicken naco fries burrito. I did not get the burrito. I got home and it wasnt there. This is the second day in a row at the same location that they forgot items in my order. I let it go yesterday but today I have to say something. I shouldn't have to drive back and I should be able to trust my order is correct sin e I was the only car in the drive thru at the time. It was order number 341897.

I visit this location because they are fast, hate waiting in line. The ladies that work the window in the mornings are great, Courteous and very attentive to their job and to the customer. Like the guy that takes orders and his up-sale comments, love his sense of humor. Only issue is the smell near the drive up window. Smells like a old stale trashcan. This area needs to be cleaned with a power washer on a regular basis.

Poor judgement and lack of responsibility by WCCO to feature this restaurant's Smack Shack Festival with its monstrous crawfish boil: Their representative openly confessed that they netted the crawfish from Woman Lake to near-extinction. (Crawfish are an important part of the eco-system of a lake!) Shame on them and SHAME on WCCO... I would not recommend attendance anytime, let alone during an epidemic! FACT: Festivals = Spread of the Covid virus! Help us lower the risk to all by DISCOURAGING such public nonsense!
