Food is always fresh, service is always good and you have delicious tea! Yadira at the window is incredible! She's always friendly and learns her customers very quickly! I always look forward to seeing her when I drive through to get my glass of tea!

Sonic app is not user friendly and when it's not functioning right, the drive in won't honor your order or give the half price offered by the app. I've deleted the app from my phone and will never eat at a sonic again! It's apparent why sonic has such a poor customer service rating on their complaint web! They wouldn't satisfy my complaint either! SONIC ***!!!!

Extremely slow service at the drive thru for a Wednesday morning. Waited over 5 minutes just for a couple of cookies I bought for my child. They had me pull forward to the wait area, only to come out minutes later and ask what my order was. The young man who came out said they were understaffed, but how understaff can you be that you make customers wait so long just to get pre packaged cookies. The manager probably needs additional training on how to manage their employees.

Hello, I am looking for Paula Polma and Lan Buttery. Today's date is August 11, 2025. I have tried reaching them at their property, which is a gated community called THE PENINSULA, located in Rowlett, Texas. Due to the gate, I was unable to gain entry. Paula and Lan refused to grant me access when I contacted them. I have left 2 written notes at the gate for them to contact me, and I have sent letters to their Rowlett address. Neither has responded. I am trying to resolve this without filing a lawsuit, but I am prepared to take this to court if need be. These 2 ladies owe me over $100,000. I am a small business owner, and they owe me for unpaid commercial lease payments, unpaid utilities, and property damage (they purposely flooded my building and tore up the interior walls). Both are involved in running illicit massage parlors and *** services in the greater DFW area, which I did not initially know. Both have an extensive history of liens, bad debt, and lawsuits. The address they provided me is 150 Peninsula Drive, Rowlett, TX 75089. But, I have confirmed that they also use the following addresses: 175 Peninsula Drive and 200 Peninsula Drive both of Rowlett, TX 75089. The past employment information we found for them is Citadel Broadcasting and Tax Seasons. This is probably 1 of the lowest quality restaurants I have dined at n cares little for its reputation or customer satisfaction. We ordered pud Thai w extra extra vegetables, they said ok. I got tons of just white noodles for about $12. No extra vegetables, little pud Thai sauce, wow, bad meal. I contacted Noodles. The mgr called me, I was more than glad to discuss, she said she was sorry n promised a coupon for a free entree. After about a month, nothing. I contacted them again, addressed it directly aimed at Laura, again nothing. The tables are,always dirty When We have gone in there. Enuf, never going back. I see they r rated very low on some other sites, I can see why. Sad, this could be a good place.
