Hello, I am looking for Paula Polma and Lan Buttery. Today's date is August 11, 2025. I have tried reaching them at their property, which is a gated community called THE PENINSULA, located in Rowlett, Texas. Due to the gate, I was unable to gain entry. Paula and Lan refused to grant me access when I contacted them. I have left 2 written notes at the gate for them to contact me, and I have sent letters to their Rowlett address. Neither has responded. I am trying to resolve this without filing a lawsuit, but I am prepared to take this to court if need be. These 2 ladies owe me over $100,000. I am a small business owner, and they owe me for unpaid commercial lease payments, unpaid utilities, and property damage (they purposely flooded my building and tore up the interior walls). Both are involved in running illicit massage parlors and *** services in the greater DFW area, which I did not initially know. Both have an extensive history of liens, bad debt, and lawsuits. The address they provided me is 150 Peninsula Drive, Rowlett, TX 75089. But, I have confirmed that they also use the following addresses: 175 Peninsula Drive and 200 Peninsula Drive both of Rowlett, TX 75089. The past employment information we found for them is Citadel Broadcasting and Tax Seasons. He has so many negative reviews on Yelp and Google that he had his lawyer try to sue them to get the reviews deleted. Like this review from yelp. This is a low quality but high cost builder. Their address says Garland but on the web it says Sunnyvale and the house I saw is in Rowlett. That's about as confusing as their choice of paint or how they layout a house. Outdated touches throughout with gaps in light fixtures, gaps between cabinets and appliances, and no thought whatsoever given to the flooring, backsplash or kitchen layout. The bathrooms are a death trap. One of those companies that builds them big but ugly. That's the old Texas way. I'd look elsewhere for a custom home builder.

This teacher is terrible. She must have gotten her teaching degree from somebody’s garage. She does not know how to communicate with students much less actually teach them. Never have I felt like I learned anything from this poor excuse of a teacher.

What a funny scam. This prestigious 58 year old high school graduate that works in hand job massage parlors and doesn't pay property tax (why? because he rents a crack house) is running for District Clerk. No legal experience. Nada. No professional office experience. Nothing. No job experience other than restaurants and hand jobs. Get serious you crook.
