Ms Bonavito is an amazing teacher!! My daughter learned so much in her class. She was attentive and focused on making sure my daughter understood the content and kept me updated on her progress. Teaching students with IEPs is not easy and she does it with ease. If your child happens to be enrolled in any of her classes you will not be disappointed!

Ms. Bonavito went above and beyond to help my son achieve his math goals throughout the year. Algebra 2 is an extremely difficult subject for all students and it requires focus and persistence. Ms . Bonavito not only made this easy but made it enjoyable for my son. I am very happy with her abilities to bring students to where they need to be mathematically.

Horrible teacher! Uses youtube videos for every lesson and expects her classes of IEP students to only learn from other teachers youtube videos and makes students teach themselves. Complains that my daughter has a tutor and says it is an “unfair advantage” to the other students. Picks on my daughter for not being able to do good on her tests. Truly a disrespectful teacher I wish I never experienced such a horrible teacher.

Cheryl Finley she wants to be called frau Finley and she is a terrible teacher at south lakes who is absent A LOT and when she is in the classroom she throws busy work that she calls “projects” but it’s very obvious she wants to keep her students busy so she can be at her computer almost all the time. She also seems bothered if you ask her a question and half the time she’ll give you some bs answer that turns out to be wrong information eww bye lady
