I had this teacher back in the first grade. I think 2007. She shaped my childhood in the worst way possible. She screamed, she was also physically and mentally abusive. One time, I couldn’t remember if I did the “time paper” so I assumed if I didn’t remember then I must’ve did it (7 year old brain) and she had a student go in my folder to look if I did it, and I didn’t. So she made me stand in front of the class to yell on the top of my lungs, “I am a liar” then she wanted me to go to the classroom beside hers and tell the class, “I am a liar.” One time, she grabbed a student by the upper arm, lifted her off the ground and threw her in the hallway. She was scary, and mean and was the reason I had so much trouble in school because I was scared to ask teachers for anything in fear I would get yelled at or hurt. A few years ago she was teaching in weatherford. I don’t know if she still teaches, it makes me sad I didn’t say anything when I was a kid. I could’ve saved a lot more.

she some *** *** bro she makes ppl late before the late bell even rings u expect me to go from the first floor to the 4th floor in 30 secs this fat *** cant even get up from her seat anyway all she does is eat eat eat talk about some bs story wasting our time and no wonder why all of our grades are low she has poor *** teaching skills I'm being deadass when we had a fire drill she had mr d to take us bc she so fat she cant get her *** up

McGarrity is an abomination to the American education system. Her lessons are bad, not understandable, long, repetitive, and she sometimes assigns homework. Homework would be fine IF IT WORKED ON MODERN TECHNOLOGY but no she assigns work that only computers from the 1800s can do. On top of all this if you have any questions you can try to ask her but she tells you that you should have been paying attention, then she will tell you to ask a student but when you do she yells at you for talking. You will then have to sit on a little stool while she lectures you and when you try to say anything “you are interrupting her”. I hope no future students every have to deal with obesities final boss like my class did
