I am ABSOLUTLEY APPALLED!!! At this Dr's staff a women named Gloria. She was so rude nasty and I was a new patient trying to make an appointment. Her English-speaking was marginal at best. The reason for this post. When I asked her to slow down as she was attempting SHE WAS SPEAKING WAY TO FAST to give me the address with her horrible accent. She got belligerent telling me all I the things I was doing wrong..... And then HUNG UP ON ME . NOT ONCE NOT TWICE THREEEEE TIMES!!!! I DID not use foul language I did not belittle her she needs a dose of how to. Handle people. I don't know how she even got a customer service position. This Dr. Came highly recommended, however the only reason I am keeping this appt. Is to go in there to have this Dr. Make her give me a public apology. I can not EXPRESS how disgustingly inappropriate she behaved. She needs to go back to school and learn how to trrst people with the utmost respect and patience . If she can not handle a front desk job in a small practice, that Is just terrible. WE ARE IN AMERICA. THE FIRST LANGUAGE IS ENGLISH. IF YOU ARE COMING HERE TO MY COUNTRY THAT I FAUGHT FOR U. S. NAVY.
