This builder missed the original closing date, which he established with the mortgage company. Then he missed the next closing date, and the next, and the next, and so on. These are all dates he established. Moreover, he would attempt to discredit me with the mortgage company until he was caught doing so. In all, he missed over 6 deadlines and caused multiple extensions and cost increases. His poor planning and broken promises ruined our vacation plans and then our holiday plans. He is inconsiderate and a habitual fibber. Worst of all, his work is terrible. We and the bank's inspector now realize he has no idea what he is doing. He thinks building a home is spending a few minutes each week calling and texting contractors while he sits at Denny's. He never touched a tool or got his hands dirty building our home. The inspector kept flagging and flagging problems. We, the inspector and contractors complained repeatedly about his miscommunications, lack of home building knowledge and total absence on site. 214-837-7721

If you are considering Whitmoore Custom Homes, ask for a list of customers that he has build homes for in the last 5 years. Ask how many homes completed on schedule. That would be none of them. Ask how many have sued or threatened to sue him. That would be all of them. Ask how many have provided him with a positive review or referral in writing? That would be none of them. Ask him to put his answers to you in writing. He won't because he plans on lying. Look at his online reviews. All reviews are negative except for those he or his friends wrote. None of the reviewers' names match the names of any of his customers. He spends a lot of money getting negative reviews taken down. Look at Yelp. He paid them to delete all of his negative reviews. You can still see some of them. Look at the bottom of the page where it says reviews that are not recommended. There are 6 bad reviews there. There were more over a year ago, but Milton has some money getting them removed. For a builder that claims to have 20 years of building homes, he does not have 1 positive review from a customer. Your family does not count as customers.

This builder has a practice of demanding a ransom payment (in the form of alleged change orders) at the end of a job and refusing to finish a job or not file a lien unless you pay the ransom. Milton has done this fraudulent lien and ransom multiple times. You can call the Better Business Bureau to get copies of the "closed" complaints. Or better yet, call the homeowners. Vu 214-455-2178. Mortgage companies learn their lesson and won't do business with him again. This guy needs to be shut down.

Whitmoore Custom Homes doesn't have any women employees or a customer service department. Its just the multi-personality disorder builder Milton Whitley. He is probably wearing a dress and makeup when he is trolling and posting as a woman. Maybe that's why he is never on time and always making people wait for him...he thinks he is a woman! What will SHE do next to try to lie and trick his way out of trouble? Don't worry. We took screenshots of all you lying posts and female names. You are exposed.

Is this builder for real? His stories are like a fantasy. He thinks he is God's gift to building. The guy kept interrupting me so that he could finish his life story of how he saved the construction industry, made a fortune selling pies and made more millions in the fair or the circus (sorry, i couldn't keep up). I don't know if he has chronic ADHD or just likes to hear himself ramble on at the expense of others. But then you come back to reality when you notice he drives a cheap, discontinued 4 cyclinder toyota microcompact. Yeah buddy, that's what all the builders drive to the job site. No room for tools, floorplans, or anything. I enjoyed how he mispronounced basic building terms while claiming to be an expert that he has taught other builders. And by the way, stop dressing like you work at the Best Buy help desk. The skinny spandex khakis, white sole shoes, and shiny blue polos are a dead giveway that you don't know what you are doing and are going to hurt yourself. I had a hunch you didn't know squat about home building, and with my trusty google search engine, I found out I was right. You are a total BS artist. And in that car wearing those clothes claiming those accolades, you look and sound like the village idiot. Based on your reviews and profile, you are a high school teacher (God help our children) that apparently had a failed, corrupt run for political office. Your youtube videos are entertaining as you effectively let every watcher know you are a hack and a clown. Prance back to your safe quiet place and leave the construction to guys that don't wear spandex in public.

You will only get low quality work from this expensive builder. Two years into a one year contracted schedule with our very, very close family friends, and we couldn't believe our eyes. The house is still months away from completion and what is finished looks terrible. The kitchen looks cheaply put together. The builder said the cabinets are solid wood. He lied. Cabinets are MDF and particle board. That's basically glue, saw dust and cardboard. The appliances don't fit in the fake cabinets. We saw huge gaps in the flooring. You can't help but see the crooked walls and the inconsistent dry wall texturing. There are cracked bricks and gaps large enough for bugs and snakes to get in the house. When we visited, our friends had taken time off work. They kept having to stop and tell the builders employees what to do since the builder was no where to be found. We couldn't believe what else they told us. Oh the horror stories. I can't just sit by and not say something to warn people. While this home builder pulled a fast one on an innocent family, I hope they don't get away with it next time.

I'm an unhappy customer. What you would expect in a nice house is not included in the price. Its extra. Builder does not know much about building a nice quality house or what should be in its design. Everything takes longer than they say. Everything is a lengthy discussion since they are unimaginative and forgetful. Months late and thousands over budget. Ask Milton Whitley to speak with people he has built homes for. Do this before you buy!
