It’s to complicated. All I wanted was a ride and the app asked to many questions about the type of car I wanted , then it asked if I wanted to walk somewhere to save some money. So I took a cab. This was my first time trying to use Uber.

Driver was so sick, sneezing and blowing her nose, and playing a loud type of music that I didn't care for Another rider was picked up and taken to his destination directly, though I was picked up first, requiring an extra 20 minutes, and we went right by my block after dropping him off Terrible, and no effort on Uber's part to gix

I spoke good morning to you the driver as I entered into the car, no reply was very unpleasant I had a scary and stressful trip I live ten minutes from where I was to the owings Mills station driver got on beltway? There was absolutely no way to get off ask me several times where to. I was very late for work, not good when you are only two days in a new job what excuse can I give my boss? I have never had an experience with Uber like that. I don't like the cab's for that reason I don't ride them.

waited for over 2 hours driver could have contacted me if i cancel it costs about the same amount as the actual ride i will be mad if i get charged because now its passsed the 2 hour mark and i am beyond frustrated i have not had this problem in the past so now i am walkig in 100 degree heat which iis not good as i have multiple sclerosis how can i get in touch with someone from uber maqybe i will switch yo lyft and see if the results r better i would really like someone to explain it to me

I do not recommend this driver. He was late (later than most uber drivers) and his car was dirty. Then he took a route that went on the tollway which we could have avoided and saved me money. Jerk

First time experience with Uber. I was willing to overlook the long wait due to the weather conditions. My first message he was 12 minutes away. Then the second he was 13 minutes away...??? Hari was great! My ultimate SHOCK was getting the text message of the total... $76.77!!! On my email receipt it even says "UberX" the lowest priced ride! WHAT? It reads... normal fare $21.45. Then "Surgex3.5" charge is a whopping $53.62!!! WHAT A RIP!!! I was not aware of this! Hari told me he had only 1 fare previous to me. I did not show any red areas. A taxi would have been cheaper! I will be advising my guests (I work in a hotel) to carefully examine getting a Uber from now on. WHAT A RIP! If not for this HUGE charge, Hari would've had a "5". &.. what about all the ads saying your first Uber is free??? How much is Lyft?

I amseverely handicapped 89 year old women.Uber has freed me from beieing a shut in to having a fairly active women. I can go to movies restaurants and theater. The drivers are always very helpful getting me in anf out of the car. they open my walker and help me inyo the building without making me feel inferior. Bless uber and itheir drivers you have given me a new life
