I wish I could give them a rating of negative 10. They are the definition of sleazy used car salesmen. They have moved to Garland Texas and now called Rayo Motors. They have a new website, but its pretty much identical to the old web site. Same slimy owner. Juan Carlos Olvera. I have a BBB case and filed a small claims case.

Dirty crook scammer, Juan Carlos Olvera, is ripping people off at DFW Automotriz. He and his dirty son selling cars without airbags or titles. Stolen cars. Flood damage cars. Do NOT give them your name, drivers license or social security number. Then they sell your identity so that illegal alien crooks ruin your name and credit. You will have loans, credit cards, and police criminal charges in your name and in your social security number. He did the same thing at his other dealerships that were shut down by the police. Check out Rayo Motors in Garland, Rayo Motors in Lewisville, Rayo Santos Motors in Lewisville, Car Mex in Garland. He's been ripping people off for over 15 years.

You need to run background checks on your salesmen. I was surprised to see that Juan Carlos Olvera and Juan Carlos Olvera Jr work there. They are even in your commercials. Do you have a habit of putting convicted criminals in your commercials? They are crooks with convictions for drugs, assault, DUI, credit card fraud and identity theft (stole identities of their customers). They were on the news for selling cars at Rayo Motors without titles and with air bags removed. People got hurt. Look at cases in Dallas County (CC-18-06725-B, CC-11-05430-C, DC-13-05017, CC-05-12238-D), Rockwall County (1-18-1530, 3-06-146, 3-05-171, CI04-15, CR04-0333, 3-04-25, 3-04-256), and Van Zandt (12-14-00168). That's just a few of them. They were evicted in Rockwall twice, Garland twice, Dallas, and Edgewood. They trashed the commercial and residential properties before they were evicted. Stole everything they could. When your customers give them their information for financing a car, they will steal their identity and rack up debt. And they will steal air bags out of the cars before they sell them. That's a fact. They've done it before, been caught, been in the news, been convicted in court over and over again. Google search their names. Juan Carlos Olvera.

Chris Lamrock out of Keller Williams is listing agent. Poor dumb baztard. Realtor #1 bailed 7/22. Realtor #2 bailed 1/23. Realtor #3 bailed 6/23. Realtor #4 bailed 9/23. That house will never pass a thorough inspection. Electrical and HVAC are a nightmare. All of the trim looks horrible and there's not a plumb wall in the joint. The remodel job done by Jadeh Investments after the house fire is a 3rd world hack job. That company is headquartered in a mexican used car lot in fabulous Garland.
