Very unsafe workplace. Clutter as far as the eye can see. Management has absolutely no clue what they're doing. Temps get away with whatever they want there while tenured employees are always getting the blame for everything including inventory counts being wrong. The turnover rate is Godawful, the training there is pure garbage.

Best homemade authentic German food in the southeast ! Serves American and Italian as well. Hands down the best prime rib in town, and if you don't ever try the lazagna , you have truely missed out ! The management team is outstanding & the entire crew there is friendly and attentive. This place hasn't lasted for 45 yrs for nothing, go help yourself and enjoy.

Very small portions for the price. Pasta dinner was the size of a side pasta that you get with a dinner at a good Italian restaurant. Food was ok. Would not recommend for dinner.

Delicious food, lovely atmosphere , superb service from Tammy Barkley. Her service made the dining experience exceptional and she made us feel pampered. Ask for her to be your server; she will not disappoint.

I am an occasional customer of Gianni’s, and quite frankly have never been very satisfied with the restaurant, but they are relatively close for work. The last time I went to the restaurant was an extremely bad experience and will be my last time to visit. The service was terrible, when I finally received a menu from one of the three waitresses the menu was covered with oil or some other disgusting filth. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the restroom was disgusting. I was with my wife and we did order lunch, she ordered the soup and salad combo and me the cheese steak sandwich. Her soup arrived first, then her salad. She was actually finished her meal when I asked for the check and to remove the sandwich that never arrived. The waitress said in an impolite tone said that I had ordered it and to take it with me when it arrives. The rest of the conversation went further downhill. Needless to say I will not visit Gianni’s again, and do not recommend the restaurant as the food is not good, the cleanliness is not good and the service is the worst I have ever seen, (second to none).

Lol. Funny but true. If you want hire your lazy kid, that is your right given your position in the company. BUT, don't make the rest of suffer by having to work with them like they are somehow a valuable member of the team or have anything substantial to contribute. Frankly, I don't care what you pay them or what BS title you give them. Make them the Super Duper Vice President of something. Just keep them away from me. Whatever happened to the days when nepotism meant you got your kid an internship or a job in the warehouse or as a janitor? I guess parents today want their kids to start off making a ton of money while doing nothing with a title that sounds impressive to the uninformed. I am sure that will teach them the right values and work ethic. Just kidding. You are preparing them for a fantasy life that involves them living off of you, or worse yet, being a parasite on society. But what do I know, my kids never worked for or with me. They went to competitive universities and got their on their own. They also got their own jobs, their own houses, and their own meaningful careers. Oh yeah, and they know how to dress themselves professionally as opposed to dressing like a 40 year old virgin with bed hair and that blank yet scary look.
I can't believe you are posting this and exposing them!
