This builder has a practice of demanding a ransom payment (in the form of alleged change orders) at the end of a job and refusing to finish a job or not file a lien unless you pay the ransom. Milton has done this fraudulent lien and ransom multiple times. You can call the Better Business Bureau to get copies of the "closed" complaints. Or better yet, call the homeowners. Vu 214-455-2178.
