Dr. Travis Hecker, Hendersonville, NC
This doctor gave me a drug that my pharmacist warned me about, so I only bought 6 pills. In a few days I got a letter from my insurance company sent me a letter stating this drug is unsafe to give to those over 65 for the side effects were awesome. I passed out so many times but the most dangerous time was I got in my car. Thank God I got a phone call and did not drive the car. I was going to get my puppy from my groomer and could have killed myself and others on the road. After the call, I passed out in the car at around 3 :00 until 7:30 in the evening. Bless the groomers heart for she knew I would not leave my dog and EMS. God Bless that man for I really would not have been able to walk into my home. I confronted Hecker. Asked me what had killed my pain before, told they gave me a drug in the called percoset. I did not really know what it was. I said to him in a very calm manner I could ring your neck, I thought a common saying. He.left the room and in a few minutes, it struck me that this man was angry. and I was upset for I. had profiled his behavior and got up walked a little improvised office, no doors, where I experienced something I have never seen, a temper tantrum to beat the band. In my life time, I flew for a major airline as a flight attendant and a teacher of 12th graders. I have never seen anything like it !!!!. But found my former doctor who told me that he had been fired from that medical system but to cover themselves did not publicly announced it. NOW this powder keg is Brevard County's problem.. The thought of being put under by this man is horrifying to me and should be to anyone. In my opinion, he is an extremely, insecure person which certainly shows if you question his authority. I was thrown out of the pain clinc and given a bottle of oxycodone-7.5_325 It was issused to me on May 17 16 and I still have the bottle with plenty of pills in it. After that day with Hecker, it was amazing of how people called to say how sorry they were. Oh, I went to the NC medical Board, they thought it was perfectly ok. Am sure the hospital backed him completely, but they finally figured it out and let him go. Now my final thought, this was done to a lady who has a spine desinitagrating, a knee that isi in horrid shape and is painful and was 72 years old. Be careful Hendersonville, you have tome bomb ticking but so sure this fool would have another story.

This pain management doctor is very arogant self serving and gives inappropraite orders . Dr. Calvin Savu. This man wasnt good at being a anesthiologists and now practices in pain management . This doctor tells his patients they will be in a wheelchair in a year if you dont do as he says and tries after youve been told that you need surgery by specialists to talk you out of the surgery by pressuring you at each appt you come to see him. He tells you to.lift weight after other specialists tell you not to and he doesnt listen to you or your opinions. He is focused on himself and is very pushy to his patients . His advice or orders are unsafe when he decides to dictate ..he doesnt read your history or send for old records to see what youve had done in the past . you fill out paperwork but he doesnt read anyones history . He just will not hear you when you speak or he blows off what you say to him like you never spoke at all. Its uncomfortable to go to his office knowing you have no opinion as far as hes concerned .he hits your sciatic nerve and states " i needed to do that to find placement " its a lie if he hits your nerve. Hes in the wrong place period . i do not recommend him or his staff . the office has no clue what their doing and run under his control . He is ego driven in every way possible. I give him a 1 for ratings due to his bad advice and his uncaring attitude towards all that go to see him . i would get a second opinion with any advice he gives. He likes to bragg and hear himself speak . he has no concern for your needs and it shows in his attitude . there are other pain specialists in jonesboro please try them first for your safety and health monitoring of your condition . ive been in the medical field for 28 years and hes one of the worst and practioners ive ever seen ... I sincerely thought I would be giving this company a rating if “5” after I worked for them since 2014 up until 2021. Sadly, after 7 devoted years of working my way up from being a walk in hired manager who co-managed with multiple other managers at different locations to being given my own wash that I ran for over 2 years without any major problems up until the pandemic started. For some reason we (a car wash) was labeled as “essential”. This did ensure my employment during a very hard time while others were finding themselves unemployed however, my household faced a problem which caused me GREAT emotional, physical and mental hardships - when Covid broke out, my (at the time) 9 year old stepsons doctor contacted my wife and informed her that she would need to lockdown our home to ensure that he didn’t come in contact with this virus due to the fact that he had a low immune disorder and when people did have to enter her home she needed to take all precautions possible. And there I was, having to accept the fact that my working to ensure my families home and financial well-being and being blessed to be able to continue to do so however I found in doing so and returning to our home each day put my stepsons LIFE at risk. I didn’t realize that this internal war I was having within my head was reflecting in my work. Rather than calling me in, sitting me down and talking to me, asking what’s going on, my higher-ups chose to use my few mistakes- and YES, there were literally 2-3 mistakes I made right before my boss who I answer to came to the wash I ran and literally took my shop from me, no questions asked about my mistakes. He stripped me of my head manager title and relocated me to a wash that was approx a 45 min to an hour drive away from my home and my family which was literally smack in the middle of a “high rating Covid zone”. I took this demotion as I was not going to flat out quit due to knowing that finding another job during this time would be near impossible. For about 3-4 months I went out there to work. Within the first week I realized they had canceled my company gas card which I seriously needed in order to continue to have reliable transportation to the newly demoted position. The “head manager” of the location treated me like I was new and this was literally after 7 years of devotion to this company. One day I was late, I called on my way in while stuck in traffic on interstate letting them know I would be there as soon as possible but I was at a stand still sue to a wreck ahead of me. That day nothing was said to me about anything however the next morning when I arrived at work on time, I was called into the head managers office and I was FIRED on the spot! I LITERALLY WAS NEVER THANKED FOR ALL THE TIMES I WAS THE REASON WHY THIS MAN RONNIES BUSINESS LOCATIONS WEREN’T CLOSED DUE TO BROKEN PARTS OF THE WASH - I was way more than just a manager - I WAS THE CAR WASH MECHANIC & THE AUYOMOTIVE MECHANIC bc when the wash damaged a customers vehicle, I was the person who fixed it- not a shop ( unless it was needing to be painted). Needless to say, THE PELICAN POINTE CAR WASH located in SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA AREA TREATED ME LIKE TRASH AFTER I FULLY DEVOTED MY LIVE BESIDES MY HOME LIFE TO WORKING FOR THEM - I even had planned to retire from that company bc I did enjoy my time employed there ... even without praise, thanks or acknowledgement... even after doing good things which benefited the company they chose to degrade anything they chose to rather than admit that on MANY different occasions, I was the ONLY one who was worth a damn. I have RECEIPTS for everything I’ve stated- EMPLOYEE WITNESSES as well as PERSONAL WITNESSES of the way I was treated... As the owner celebrates 10 years of 2 *** shows working got him, he could care less about everything I did - I admitted then AND am saying it now - I WAS MARRIED TO MY JOB... got treated like absolute *** and I honestly REGRET every penny I saved that USING SORRY EXCUSE FOR AN “EMPLOYER”! And YES, I AM in contact with lawyers to discuss possible legal ill-will they caused me due to their treatment of me and their refusal to concern themselves with my well-being during a literal pandemic... DISGUSTING AND UNFORGIVABLE!

Edwin Kuhl, 266 Joule St, Alcoa, TN, 37701
Dr. Kuhl has been my family physician for 10+ years. Until recently I had never experienced the belittling, talk down to your patients as I had often heard he could be. Not only did he refer to me as being incoherent, (which I wasn't) but he become so verbally abusive that by the time the exam was over, I left the exam room in tears. My recent for the unplanned visit was due to a fall I had experienced on a Saturday night and again on a Sunday evening. Because I had been diagnosed with thinning bones 4 years ago and subsequently prescribed medication for the condition, I have been especially careful have how I walked, slowing down my stride, and given up horse back riding. The falls I took placed great stress on my joints, hips, knees, and lower back. Long story short, the good doctor has lost a patient for good. I will never allow this person to examine me again. I will never use East Tennessee Medical Group again. The treatment I have received from this group since reaching my 62 birthday has been less than stellar. No one deserves to be treated in such a mean, hateful and cruel way, especially when said patient was in excruciating pain, could barely walk, and exhausted due to lack of sleep. I considered filing a review with the state medical board, but instead decided to post a review on this site first. I will pray in earnest that someone on the medical review board will eventually conduct a review on Dr. Kuhl's unprofessional conduct toward his patients. I know I'm not the only patient he has treated so poorly. My uncle was also a patient of his a few years ago and was subjected to the same type of verbal abuse, lack of caring from Dr. Kuhl. His bedside manner has a lot to be desired. His uncaring attitude, verbally abusive tone is unacceptable. Another incident with this doctor was the misdiagnoses on me in 2013. He kept insisting the pain in my chest, running down my left arm, and shortness of breath was heart related. First off I have no relatives who have ever had heart problems. Secondly, it took two trips to the emergency room and 7 months to get this man to refer me to a gastroenterology specialist. As it turned out my gall bladder was on the verge of shutting down. The emergency room doctor on my 2nd visit discovered the problem and thank goodness he did. Otherwise I probably would not be sitting here filing a review 6 years later. Thank you for reading the post and I hope the word gets out so that no one has to endure what I went through on Monday, November 25, 2019.

Self centered and out of touch. Is a director of operations so he should be great at communicating and delegating work. Sadly isn't good at either. Is very out of touch with the duties of a front of house general manager. Lies about things he said to do and will blame you for his short comings. Is a director of operations for pints and has had whole restraunts quit on him for his incompetence. Loves to talk about his trip to Vietnam and joke about " going back to serving" I doudt he ever was a server seeing as he has no idea how to sell a ticket and routinely sells smaller tickets in the kitchen before large ones that came in first causing angry customers and comping them beers. Is out of shape and eats for free while constantly raising food prices and employee prices. Stares and excel sheets like he's trying to figure out some sort of complex theory and thinks highly of his skills (or lack there of) when literally any kid born after 1990 could do his job and set up those excel sheets seeing as how to use excel and add formulas and graphs and figure out how to balance expenses and increase revenue since this is all taught in any public high school. I don't know who's *** he has to *** to get this position but he must be able to *** chrome off rims with his income. As I said earlier jokes about going back to serving because minimum wage got raised as if the amount of money we are being paid these days is equivalent to what his fat *** was making in high school but with less buying power. Saying that should be easy to figure out why that's insulting. To joke about that when you're well off and cutting servers hours and making enough money to survive comfortably at that really shows how much he cares. Quality of work has really fallen off and he recently fired our host who was hired as a server and never got serving hours even though the kid always got great reviews (customers seemed to love him) and was always receiving praise for scoring perfect seceret shopper scores. It was sad to see him go after being strung along for so long and was the only worker who lived in the community and truly wanted to see the place thrive. Poor kid was the happiest and most driven person when he started with no experience and quickly picked it up and had an open mind trying to constantly get better. I have been here for years and honestly am leaving soon seeing the direction he's taking the restaurant. I.E. getting rid of the host, getting rid of the front of house general manager,cutting hours while hiring more people for menial jobs (expo,more servers with less hours [keeping hours low as to not give employees insurance.] also does not lead by example when operating at front of house general manager by delegating tasks that take longer to ask someone to do rather than doing it himself and letting the worker know. Gives bullshit excuses as to why it's more logical to make you do something that he should easily know how to do. The more I've seen him involved and sweating and talking to table the less and less I've seen regular customers come in. Does not hesitate to blame other for things that he did. Not to mention he walks up to severs tables after the customers leave to check how much the servers are being tipped. Expects servers to pay for food and soup that they are expected to know how it tastes, how much comes in a serving, and how many people it can feed. Is quick to cut hours, positions, benefits, cut himself when he longer feels urge to work all to keep his salary paid the same. Also enjoys walking up to servers tables while the server is busy making the rounds to their other tables and then act as if the server isn't doing their job. I do not doudt that if zoiglhaus intends to prosper and be a true staple of the community mo's gotta be the first to go, not to mention employing people from the neighborhood seeing as that's what's going to help bring up the neighborhood and bring them together. I've seen a lot less regulars since they got rid of the poor kid who was hired as a server and treated as a host. Honestly he's so bad at communicating that emails me and other employees have sent him about issues that need to be resolved and demands responses to emails that truly do not a require a response. Also likes to talk down to employees by using slightly better diction than a sophomore in an English class as he believes that using clever words to say something rude and unprofessional because he seems to think no one who works below him (saying below because this guy truly doesn't understand the first thing about motivating a team of servers or the kitchen and definitely only considers him self as a big *** instead of part of the team or [family] as he would call it whilst bullshit literally and figuratively pours from his mouth.) the owners who own zoiglhaus and pints should send someone in to watch and see what he actually gets done and how he works under the guise of being trained for a director of operations job at another location because god knows this guy couldn't even pass the test the servers must complete to work there. Likes to add how no one pulls their weight with out taking in to considerstion how understaffed the restaurant is and that poor kid he had hosting instead of working the position he was hired for had his name slandered because mo had asked the poor kid to run food and to hurry and go clean all the tables and had him running around like crazy pointing out dirty tables that the servers are supposed to clean (literally in the job description) which would make him leave the host stand and then talk about him forn not seating new customers after even though when he was trained he was told to only keep the front 8 window side booths clean as to never be far from the host stand. And don't even get me started on the amount of *** he gives us (servers) as an example during the fall of 2016 he had asked a morning server who had a lot of sidework to get done before opening to go sweep the fallen leaves out front in front of our neighboring business which the neighboring business owner yelled at the poor guy for and that mo blamed on the server. Here's hoping you find this review before even considering him for another director of operations/ front of house general manager to save your business the money and loss of customers and valued employees. He has after all already lost pints a whole staff (server, dishwasher, and kitchen) in Arizona I believe and had to leave zoiglhaus for a week as to hire new staff/ crew. If I can save even one company/ person the displeasure of meeting and or hiring/ working with him then I feel as if I've done the community and industry a great service.

Dr. Dib may very well be a good doctor. It’s hard to tell because he will only show you the “stage” version of his professional demeanor. From the minute he walks into a room, he’s in entertainment mode, and that is all you will ever see… unless you criticize him. Well, in a minute... My wife, Donna, developed an atrial fibrillation, which is what brought us to Dr. Dib. To be fair, he was very thorough in making sure that she had no parallel conditions that might lead to stroke during the electrical cardioconversion procedure he planned to perform. However, when I asked him (at least a couple of times) what happens if this procedure fails, all we ever got was, “You will be fine, we don’t need to worry about what comes next, we will fix your heart for you,” with a tone like a parent annoyed with a child asking too many questions. As a result of this “I will take care of you,” fog, we were taken completely by surprise when Donna had to be admitted to the hospital, after three attempts failed to shock her heart back into a proper rhythm. The next step, it now became known to us, was to administer a drug through IV for 24 hours, to accomplish what the shocking couldn’t. Had Dr. Dib answered our questions, we would have been ready for this. Instead, we were totally unprepared and I had to make an extra trip (100 miles, round-trip). Hospital admission after this procedure is not common, but not rare, either. Dr. Dib should have explained this possibility to us before the procedure. Dr. Dib likes to play practical jokes, at your expense, as part of his presentation. Some people like this, I hear. We didn’t. For example, at our first office visit, he spent a few minutes talking perfunctorily about the procedure, then grabbed a pair of rubber gloves and told Donna to get on the table for her “rectal exam.” Huh? After we fumbled a few confused words about this, he smiled and told us it was just a joke. We were trying to listen carefully to what he was saying, trying not to miss anything, when he tossed in this ridiculous “humor,” knocking us completely off-balance, just to satisfy his sense of showmanship. This left us squirming in our chairs, wondering how we should respond to anything he was saying. Joke? Medical information? Hard to tell. Clearly, though, the jokes were more important than offering substantial answers to serious questions, several of which were still hanging when he walked out of the room. Time, and time again, he would respond to technical questions with deflecting, condescending “reassurances,” failing to offer any information. The final insult came at discharge. The intravenous procedure ended at noon, the next day, and we were told that Dr. Dib would be in thereafter to finalize the discharge. Even though we were told, repeatedly, that he was “on the floor” and would be in to see us “shortly,” it was 3 ½ hours later that he finally walked in the room, said in the most off-hand way, “Oh, I see that you are fine; you can go,” and started walking out. At this point, I lost my temper, a bit, and asked him if there were some medical reason that required us to wait over three hours, at the end of a completely unexpected hospital stay, for this 5-second proclamation, and why weren’t we told about the possibility of hospitalization before hand? He did not take this criticism well. After a few more words, he told me that “You (meaning me) needed to find a new cardiologist,” and stormed out of the room. The problem with this is that I didn’t need a cardiologist, Donna did. She had nothing to do with the discussion that Dr. Dib and I had about his behavior. In fact, she did not approve of my interference (rightly so; it was her procedure). Yet Dr. Dib dismissed her without the slightest recognition that she was a different person, his patient, and had made no verbal quarrel with him. Subsequent attempts to bring this logical fallacy to his attention elicited no response. His sense of pride turned out to be much more important to him than fidelity to the Hippocratic Oath. In my opinion, Dr. Dib failed to provide good medical care for us. He repeatedly failed to answer technical questions, substituting his version of humor and condescending dismissal, all of which left us confused about what to expect, and unprepared for the hospital stay. When confronted with this inadequacy, he displayed childish arrogance, which is unacceptable anywhere, but much more so when it comes from someone you hope you can trust with you r life. He refused to follow through his obligation to provide medical care to his patient, all because he didn’t like the patient’s spouse. I recommend that prospective patients look elsewhere for a cardiologist, unless you enjoy being the butt of crude jokes, are ok with inadequate information about the treatment you seek, and don’t mind a capricious attitude toward your needs as a patient.

The nurse practitioner Erica, started off by telling me she would not be there much longer. I went for two issues, a post op which she didn't bother to check and fmla papers which I was advised that the doctor would determine if she could when I made the appt. Just to be told by the nurse practitioner that the doctor does not "generally" complete these forms. Why are we speaking in generalities? I am referring to a speciic issue. Which one is it? If I had been told the doctor generally did not do these and that the nurse practitioner would be leaving and wouldn't bother checking my incisions then I would not have made an appt. She couldn't fill out my forms "generally" but she could prescribed me sleeping medication specifically because medication is what I apparently need, not time. But co pay is always collected promptly. What a joke. I must say the office staff has also changed since I began. What used to be a lovely experience can now be likened to getting a tooth extracted. During another visit, I was charged for a visit I canceled and was advised the day of the occurrence that i would be given a credit only to be spoken to rather nastily by someone else on the day of my actual visit advising me I had a co pay. I advised that I spoke with someone else and they said they would notate the chart. To which the response was "well she is not here". And then the person proceeded to stand there as if this would make a differencence to me. What made it worse is that no one was getting my chart ready as if I would not be seen for a pre-op appt I must add. After some time, the nurse finally told me to have a seat (and I am assuming decided to do her job) at which point she comes out the door and tells me what I already knew. During this exchange I am preparing myself to present the charge showing on my statement when i noticed I was charged slightly more (I will admit it was not much) but it was more than my co-pay). When I inquired about it, I was told that the girl who input my card information (even though my appt was canceled) saw I had a small balance and tried to call me but could not reach me (that's funny because I have updated my number and had several telahealth appts on my current number). Instead of waiting to see me (which I was an active patient) and advising me of the additional balance they took it when taking the copay they should not have. I advised that this is never to be done without my consent again, I don't care about the amount. (Can someone also tell me how the front desk person did not know i paid but was able to tell me the scenario for which my card was charged and also able to tell me why the additional charge occurred?) Yeah right. My experiences prior to these recent experiences were always very good and my interactions with prior nurse practitioners and staff (who are all no longer there) had been great. My interactions with Dr. Hamawy have always been wonderful, however she needs to become aware that the people she hires represent her and currently they are doing a very poor job.

Dr. David Jarosz is the best dr I’ve had in over ten years, he’s intuitive to my needs and acts quickly to establish a comprehensive treatment plan , I immediately received my medications that have already garnered positive results. Every visit is a new positive was short to the point informative even in my weakened delirious state of being this morning Friday the 31st 2020. This man deserves more credit than he may or may not be experiencing. I don’t know what goes on in the medical felid as far as recognition goes but he deserves a raise and recognition none the less. I enjoyed every visit with dr. David Jarosz. And furthermore I wish more mds were of his stature in this field of work. He tested diligently for me to make sure everything was in order . I cannot currently think of an better doctor and hope to continue to see this wonderful man. I don’t like these new general practitioner millennial doctors who don’t understand people and they’re ailments to a point where false transcripts are slipping through the crack so to speak and leaving patients in confused roadblock state of mind just for addressing they’re health concerns. Dr. David Jarosz does not make this mistake . From here to shands Jacksonville to Flagler health a”100 mile radius by the way” I’ve never seen a doctor look me in the eyes and diligently work towards a solution for a patient in need. Maybe he’s one of the last in a dying breed to actually give a dam about his patient clientele base.

My name's is James. Hi everyone one. I am new to this site. I can see most of you have had dealings with LENKA STANKOVA. You can include me in that group to unfortunately. Lenka stankova didn't show up at my appointment either. I to think she hates people but not just people I think she hates veterans just ask she has destroyed alot of lives. Most Veterans feel powerless as they can not afford to go to the outside and get a real doctor. Ask them they will tell you. I to Agee as I felt I was practiced on I thought then what I still think today no one can be this bad a doctor and be a legit doctor. I was wrong. I also agree with most Veterans the VA does not get quality we are a stop over for most doctors before retirement the last stop or buying time until doctors get good enough to start there own practice. You will not get any disagreement out if me. I agree with all of you. I agree with everyone. She's awful. She will ruin your life. Her subs never give you all the facts because if they did you would walk and they don't want that thus stealing your healthcare choice. Her subs never discuss alternatives to being cut on it all the side effects you might have again because the only thing the care about is getting the surgery at all cost in my opinion She did not show up in clinic not why I was in the hospital not after the surgery when I kept falling down and had trouble getting to the bathroom she was no we're to be found. I have never met her EVER. I could not point her out if she was standing two feet in front of me. You should be able to meet you doctor always especially someone who is going to cut in you not at the Dallas VA. The VA allows this. HOLT allows this bad practice even condones it I also agree with many of your assessments as being known by the name butcher, hacker, and the diablo the rest I had not heard but does not surprise me one bit. She likes to cut on people butcher and hack on them but she does not like to be seen because most people would see her as the fraud she is. I agree also with the assessment she will leave you worse off when she's done with you but you folks already knew that. I found out to late to be saved from this doctor. The Dallas VA allows this as a matter of policy. The management HOLT is his name I think it's ok that you don't meet and can not judge the character of the doctors by allow you to ask questions and look the person who is about to cut in you in the eye. I agree with each and everyone if you. Your assessments if this doctor do not differ my my own.
