Interviewed at this place. The vice president was incredibly rude and wouldn’t give me the chance to talk. In the 6 years I’ve spent interviewing, this is the only call I hung up on. “You don’t know land development, the guys here with a PE know land development, you don’t”. I’ve been working for less than a year and he was looking down on me the whole time. I can’t begin to imagine what it’s like working for this company. Incredibly unprofessional. If you know the owner, Frank Polma, then you know the biggest ahole in Texas.

Horrible experience! It took 2 months to repair the Scratches. The painting is bad because you can see the bubbles after painting. The communication is even worse. They never pick up your phone and tell you something different from what they said before.
