I worked in laundry for 2+ yrs. Had to work 2 hours free every shift, no lunch no break. Worked this way to care for the elderly residents in the Home. Administration and State knew but nothing was done. With nearly 2 yrs expernce, had $1/hr pay taken. Also had hours shorted tho work load stayed same. Pay went down 1/3 to 1/2. Was living in Subsidized Housing, and tho I proved pay had dropped my RENT WAS STILL RAISED. No assistance from State there either. Was Evicted from rent controlled apartment and got Fired from job - no Unemployment. This is the tip of the iceberg. It was years ago - both my parents had strokes, and my mom had heart trouble. NEITHER ARE IN THIS CARE HOME. Can there be a LOWER 'Rating' than a '1'?

They know how to train dogs, however the turnover rate is ridiculous. 75% of the staff does not stay for even 1 year. There is also extreme favoritism going on as well as neopotisum.

I have been trying to figure out my diabetes for years. At first, I believed she was a great doctor, but as I'm wanting different options, I'm starting to doubt her. What she says in person versus what she writes in clinical notes don't match. She doesn't accurately portray my desires and concerns in her notes either, which makes me seem like a stupid, uneducated patient. She writes that she suggested a treatment but never mentioned said treatment to me verbally. She failed to list reasons for requesting medication changes. It feels like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde situation. I've considered recording conversations so that future doctors will know the truth versus what's in my records. I have messaged her and her supervising MD regarding my concerns. If they are addressed properly, I will gladly change my rating and review. If not, I will be finding a new primary care doctor for both my daughter and I.

Have been a patient of Dr. Razzak's for approximately 15 years. I have great confidence in him and his office staff. Usually in and out in a timely manner and I appreciate his attention to each patient. I feel he listens to what your concerns are and addresses them. He is also my husband's doctor. We both we both would recommend him.

I visit Dr. Melissa Belardo's office. You make an appointment with her and it's someone else who takes care of you. Since May I have had a room for a colonoscopy and endoscopy and they assigned me to Dr. Aharoni and they canceled it 5 days before, why did they give He realizes that the doctor will not be there that day doing procedures. They are super irresponsible and are not interested in the patients' lost time. Both in the office and at work for us patients. And the only thing they know how to say is sorry. With a sorry, I know it solves nothing. They are the worst gastroenterologist I have been able to find at Adventh Health
