Bought a brand new 2017 Honda Crv exl in just under a week the air conditioning went out. My parents being senior citizens were stuck driving 2 hours in 105° and Norm reeves Honda has offered no support as with a rental for them to take back. Now they are forced to drive a dangerous car back because they need to make a doctor's appointment with no help. Normsreeves Honda operates exactly like the airline companies that have been in the news.

Beware!!! New car sales shows me a new 2016 honda civic ex-t with my 2 young boys, goes over the whole car, watches me take pictures of the car, we negotiate price and I am ok with deal, states the price I am giving you is just to "move a piece of metal" when I pick the car up at night and in a rainstorm, drive it off the lot, 2 days later I realize they put me in a civic ex, a lesser car, feel like they cheated me Beware Dealers response to me is basically "piss off", there are other dealers out there

Never tried to push me into a deal, it felt like I had known him for years. He went out of his way to help me get the car I wanted.
