This was my first visit and I asked about implants and a mouth guard. He told me a fantastic price and I signed. Then they came back with the other expenses for the implant and I almost passed out. The mouth guard is $450.00 which I feel is very high. So far in the Palm Bay and Melbourne area, I feel they are all crooks.

My wife was treated at the facility and had good results. She brought in her Mother who has a terminal respiratory illness that Dr. Bob said he could dramatically improve. They paid $2090 up front (they are from out of state) for a 5 month program and after 7 weeks cancelled at the request of her primary care physician. They were provided a refund of 28% of the total cost. There was no reasoning that paying 2/3 of a plan for 1/3 of the timeframe was not appropriate. We are simply disgusted and will never refer anyone to them again after this experience. They simply took advantage of the situation and are extracting the maximum amount of $$ from our elderly parents.

Terrible. Overpriced (a relative played $150 to have a tooth pulled. Dr Said at Bright Dental charged $300.) Very poor management skills (ALWAYS a waiting room full of people. Today, I had an appointment for 10:00; I got there at 9:50. Didn't see the dentist until 11:10.) I don't want to go back but the implant from two months ago is still hurting so will have to go back. Grrr.
