Beware of customer service! Dr. Roka is a wonderful doctor, if you get to see him. The majority of appointments are with PA. Phone lines are usually busy, per office manager, Daniel. That being said don't be surprised if your call is directed to Time Warner or you do not receive an answer or call back. Most phone calls you are put on hold for at least 20 minutes, yes 20 mins. I timed it. This is very frustrating for patients. I don't usually write reviews but it took me and my pharmacy almost 2 weeks to get a prescription refilled.

Absolutely terrible doctor! He did not even go over my neurological psych testing. I went for memory problems and tried to put me on seizure medication. I do not have seizures! He contacted the department of Transportation stating I had a seizure and did not. Terrible doctor!

Dr.Michael Gluhanick is very rude and doesn't explain why he's doing any tests.His staff is very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this Doctor to anyone. Be Aware of this Doctor.
