Oops, mistakenly hit post review before I finished rating Dr. Alapati. Dr. Alapati will send you for test after test to get to the bottom of your symptoms, even just concerns. This Doctor does care about your health. Also, her nurses Erik & Laura they are smart awesome nurses. The whole BRW Pact Delta 2 Team are very polite. Thank you VA!

Lazy, judges you on paper not to your face… The VA sent me to him and I brought all my history but he never read it because he knew nothing about me!!! No discussion but he writes in his notes that I’m pre Alzheimer’s pre Diabetic, WTH!!! I saw him once and he refused to pay the VA anymore so he dropped me without discussion, I showed up for my second appointment and they said we’ve dropped you, no letter no email no nothing!!!

My husband has a rectal procedure, not success, 10 days afterward my husband continue with sever pains he have an appointment for today September 04,19 at 3pm si told the front office workers that my husband is in severe pain and didn’t show a little sympathy or respect, and told us there’s people in front of you, so I ask why then make an appointment for 3oclock and as now it is3:52 and my husband has not been seeing? He has been standing for an hour I believe this is not fair

Dr. Augspurger is an excellent radiologist. He is knowledgeable,kind,has an excellent bedside manner & explains information to the patient so that they understand - layman's terms, if you will. The entire staff is also very kind and patient. The doctor and the entire staff do all they can to make certain the patient is comfortable. I recommend Dr. A (which is what everyone calls him) to anyone.
