Dr. Mark Behr, Jewish Hopital Outpatient, Louisville, KY

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Has an ego problem and does not understand patient bill of rights. Talks to patients with an authoritarian attitude. Does not allow patient Q&A. Said disparaging remarks to patient and patients family.

Didn't bother to do both sides of hip replacement. Having it fixed now but he or interns didn't bother to record what king of hip implant they put in and making FIX hard to do for qualified surgeon.

Robert Hammer, Louisville, KY

Rating: 1 out of 5.

$305 per regular office visit to the a Nurse Practitioner. I’ve been allowed to see the actual physician one time in my last six visits. I sat in the patient room for 1 hr and 40 minutes waiting for the Practitioner to come into the room, until I had to stalk the halls of the office to see if I had been completely forgotten. Dr. Hammer is booked out for six months has been my experience. Joke. Highway robbery for $305 for an appointment with someone who can barely speak English. Medical records aren’t just given to you; you have to request in writing or online. Do yourself a favor and stay miles away from this inept and lousy “medical” practice.
