Brad here from Carl T in Phoenix in sunny AZ. We had a Lenka Stankova in medical school back in 2006 if its the same person you better have YOUR LIFE INSURANCE PAID IN FULL. Dallas VA is NOT the only one with spotty doctors we have our own Lenka Stankovas alot of Vets would love to show the door BUT MANAGEMENT MAKES THAT IMPOSSIBLE IN AZ. I also agree with hanging pictures of every doctor it will go along way as Vets Talk sometimes very loudly I am afraid they know who the doctors that are good and the ones that are not. Putting a name with face will help everyone from vets, to employees as well THERE IS NO DOWNSIDE I CAN SEE. I also like to add Carl T and staff encourage every vet to get scheduled we have the vaccine and we are waiting to SERVE YOU.

Carl Christopher Hook, 201 1st St SW, Rochester, MN, 55905
With the shutdown in March 2020, Mayo closed and Dr. Hook abandoned me; stopping my cancer care. When Mayo reopened, Dr. Hook said he wasn't going to give me certain care he'd promised and I'd die. Mayo and their doctors are known in MN for only caring about profit. Since Mayo shut and its doctors abandoned their patients, and Mayo "had to" care for the poor with Covid, Mayo and its doctors lost much profit. My insurance didn't pay well, so Dr. Hook decided to let me die. When I challenged Dr. Hook's decision, he retaliated by forever banning me from Mayo Clinic. The MN Dept of Health told me that Dr. Hook's and Mayo's actions were "morally wrong" but legal in MN. MDH said that Mayo and its doctors are known for turning away and neglecting patients. The Commissioner's office of the MN Dept of Human Services told me Mayo's known for banning patients. I think Dr. Hook took advantage of this to punish me for complaining.Stay away from Dr. Hook and Mayo if you want to get well and live.

Had cataract surgery. Excellent experience. Went in with a cataract came out with 20/20 vision. Instructions for preparation before and after surgery were thorough and clear. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with cataracts. Love a doctor who takes such pride in working with patients to make sure their results will be great! Thank you Dr. Hartman...
