Chris - Review the long list of side effects you will encounter some to varying degrees as a result of your thyroid removal like substantial weight gain, hair loss, sexual dysfunction the list is huge. If you get Stankova operating on you then they may screw you up much worse then just a thyroid. Investigate, review every single doctor you are planing to use Christ. Piece of Advice never use a multi discipline doctor EVER. You want a doctor that only does thyroid and does it often so you know he or she does it well not some Stankova that knows very little about a whole lot of things. Good Luck Chris

Dr. Mueller's expert casting of my fractured left arm resulted in my arm healing/returning to normal. The therapy he advised now has it superior to my right arm/hand/wrist. The therapy would not have been successful without his excellent casting. He has absolutely mastered the art of casting. Dr. Steven Jon Schichman is Director of the Urology Department at Hartford Hospital, Tallwood Men's Health Center. I thank God for Doctor Shichman. his sense of urgency was very comforting. In response to my initial contact, within minutes, he called me 3 times with updates and a next day appointment with Dr. Bieniek, an expert urologist on his staff.
