Beware of customer service! Dr. Roka is a wonderful doctor, if you get to see him. The majority of appointments are with PA. Phone lines are usually busy, per office manager, Daniel. That being said don't be surprised if your call is directed to Time Warner or you do not receive an answer or call back. Most phone calls you are put on hold for at least 20 minutes, yes 20 mins. I timed it. This is very frustrating for patients. I don't usually write reviews but it took me and my pharmacy almost 2 weeks to get a prescription refilled.

Was my anesthesiologist for my surgery on my ruptured achilles tendon. No problems, no after surgery problems, went home the same evening. Very minimal pain.

Had cataract surgery with Dr. Sackel. He is very personable. The surgery was a HUGE success. I have 20/20 in one eye and 20/25 in the other. It was truly a painless procedure. I would highly recommend him. He is with Thomas Eye Group

He is the best Dr. Great bedside manners and his staff is always friendly. I will use again if i ever need a orthopedic Dr. And i would highly recommend him. Thanks.
