Dr. Alejandro G. Tapia, 10301 hagen ranch road, boynton beach, FL
Blatant Disregard Nov 6, 2018 I have never in all my 37 1/2 years of constant pain have I ever been treated so poorly with such cold blatant disregard. He said he would help he had no intention of helping. Far more interested in getting me there for 3 appointments and collect his fees he prescribed the incorrect amount of medication that I have been taking this is a reduced dose that is matter of record and can be verified. Dr Tapia is self center I think the term is self verified. He was far more interested in implanting a pain device, at a high fee I would guess. Upon learning that I have hypersensitive nerve endings I could not use his device he did not prescribe the remaining amount in a partial script as promised. He made me wait 5 days dodging my calls leaving me on hold for 39 minutes disconnected the call, I called back a 15 minute return call was I promised they would return my call after talking to the doctor they never returned the call. I asked if he was not going to prescribe as promised please tell me now, 2 calls later the office finally admitted he was not going to prescribe as promised on Oct 24, now on Nov 6th after 5 days of calling and waiting they could have told me sooner I could have seen another doctor in that time and not run out of medication. I did get appointment in 3 days with a new doctor but I'm out of medication upset in more pain from this experience. 9 back surgeries both hips replaced, my knee was damaged with hip replacement, shoulder pain and more. This man could care less how much pain I am in, He never examined me didn't even look. The office twisted my words as if this was my fault that I didn't understand I'm not foolish. Dr Patrick K Loftus, Syringa Demtal, 1850 E.Seltice Way Post Falls ID 83854
Dr Patrick K Loftus pulled the wrong tooth, then promised to correct the problem with a dental implant. Which he now will not do and the Syringa office does not return calls, in fact I had an appointment with them and after I drive over 100 miles to them they tell me it was canceled. Also Dr Patrick Loftus made me partials which do not fit and cant be used to eat with and he promised this would be fixed when he did the implant which he will no longer fix.

Polastry, 7901 West Atlantic Ave, #102, Delray Beach, FL
I was told I needed to have my crown removed due to some type of inflammation tin the back of it. An impression was taken, the crown was drilled off. The Dr checked the area out. No filling was made. Another impression was taken. A temporary was placed over it, until the new crown comes in. My original crown wasn't broken. What was the purpose of this procedure,

Dr. Chen, 7660 Covington Highway, Lithonia, GA
No one wants to have a tooth extracted, but I had to, and I found Dr. Chen and his staff to be an excellent provider of care. He and his staff is very professional. Dr. Chen is sure of himself, but yet very gentle. Dr. Chen is my new dentist of choice! Dr. Chen explained the procedure thoroughly and talked to me about replacement options he could provide once the gum and bone healed. He sensed my anxiety and offered me nitrous and music to enjoy during the procedure. Although, I had never had nitrous before, I accepted because I was quite nervous. I had a menu of music to choose from and headphones to enjoy. His assistant started the nitrous and music selection about 10 minutes before the procedure. After about 3 min I didn’t have a care in the world. While Dr. Chen extracted my tooth, I was laying on the beach with a refreshing drink in hand (so I felt ïŠ). The procedure went swiftly, without pain or agony, and I was on my way in no time. Dr. Chen even gave me a surprise call the next morning to check on my condition, and to see if I had any questions. It’s been one week now, and my gum is closed and healing well. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Dr. Chen & Staff!
