Dr. Alejandro G. Tapia, 10301 hagen ranch road, boynton beach, FL
Blatant Disregard Nov 6, 2018 I have never in all my 37 1/2 years of constant pain have I ever been treated so poorly with such cold blatant disregard. He said he would help he had no intention of helping. Far more interested in getting me there for 3 appointments and collect his fees he prescribed the incorrect amount of medication that I have been taking this is a reduced dose that is matter of record and can be verified. Dr Tapia is self center I think the term is self verified. He was far more interested in implanting a pain device, at a high fee I would guess. Upon learning that I have hypersensitive nerve endings I could not use his device he did not prescribe the remaining amount in a partial script as promised. He made me wait 5 days dodging my calls leaving me on hold for 39 minutes disconnected the call, I called back a 15 minute return call was I promised they would return my call after talking to the doctor they never returned the call. I asked if he was not going to prescribe as promised please tell me now, 2 calls later the office finally admitted he was not going to prescribe as promised on Oct 24, now on Nov 6th after 5 days of calling and waiting they could have told me sooner I could have seen another doctor in that time and not run out of medication. I did get appointment in 3 days with a new doctor but I'm out of medication upset in more pain from this experience. 9 back surgeries both hips replaced, my knee was damaged with hip replacement, shoulder pain and more. This man could care less how much pain I am in, He never examined me didn't even look. The office twisted my words as if this was my fault that I didn't understand I'm not foolish. Joel E. Chodos, 930 Old Harmony Rd. Suite D, Newark, DE
Dr. Chodos is a very thorough doctor who I believe saved my life by finding an adenoma in my duodenum unexpectedly while searching for the source of my discomfort. He takes his time to conduct a detailed interview. If you are kept waiting, you can be sure when it is your turn he will give you his undecided attention. I especially appreciate receiving a copy of his correspondence with my primary care physician summarizing what he did and why, plus his overall impression w/recommendations for my on going care. I highly recommend him. Betty Bowdle, Smyrna, DE

I have been trying to figure out my diabetes for years. At first, I believed she was a great doctor, but as I'm wanting different options, I'm starting to doubt her. What she says in person versus what she writes in clinical notes don't match. She doesn't accurately portray my desires and concerns in her notes either, which makes me seem like a stupid, uneducated patient. She writes that she suggested a treatment but never mentioned said treatment to me verbally. She failed to list reasons for requesting medication changes. It feels like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde situation. I've considered recording conversations so that future doctors will know the truth versus what's in my records. I have messaged her and her supervising MD regarding my concerns. If they are addressed properly, I will gladly change my rating and review. If not, I will be finding a new primary care doctor for both my daughter and I.

WORST DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE EVER VISITED. If call you can never reach anyone. Recording says 30 minute wait or leave message....what a joke, after a week still no call. Even other doctor offices can never reach anyone. They must think we have time to wait on the phone. Doctor says I have 22 minutes for patients. REALLY JUST WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR. They keep saying they will do a referral for cardolists & after 6 months I DEMANDED I have a referral in hand before I left. They don't really care about their patients.
