Dr. Monteiro performed an outpatient surgery on me on November 15, 2019. The surgery was very successful after my follow-up on November 27, 2019. Dr. Monteiro is a true professional in the surgical/medical field. Her staff is top of the line professionals who really took care of me during my office visits. Most importantly, Dr. Monteiro called me personally after my surgery to check on me, this was outstanding after care/professional service. Poor communication skills, sits with her back to you on the computer the entire visit, instead of both being on the computer and talking to patient, explains nothing. May ask a question then smirk like she doesn’t believe you. Not what I’ve experienced or come to expect from Jefferson
