Liked her at 1st. Had a work related injury to my head. After 2 visits she said she wouldn’t accept my work related claim and only my personal insurance. This is not her call and illegal. Never prescribed any meds and ignored my position that I shouldn’t be driving a school bus with a head contusion. Currently in litigation. Avoid her at all costs!

Craig R. Lareau, MD, 300 Bernie Avenue, Springfield, MA
I had bunion surgery in June, 2018. I absolutely love Dr. Lareau and the PA's at New England Ortho. I have a minimal scar, and am back walking pain free. He has been very kind, and compassionate and was very informative regarding my surgery before and after. I would recommend him for any foot or ankle surgery.

I went to Dr. Mancia for four implants, three of which have already fallen out and the last one is in danger. This has been a disaster for me. The pain and frustration have been unbelievable.

Dr. Mahakala is the most outwardly rude doctor I've ever come in contact with!

He's the most gentle, compassionate doctor. I've seen a lot of doctor's but this one really cares. He doesn't just tell you what you want to hear. He gives it to you straight, but tells you the way out of it, but prescribing good lifestyle practices along with conventional medicine. I love my doctor

Robert Doane, 18870 8th Ave NE Suite 108, Poulsbo, WA
My wife was treated at the facility and had good results. She brought in her Mother who has a terminal respiratory illness that Dr. Bob said he could dramatically improve. They paid $2090 up front (they are from out of state) for a 5 month program and after 7 weeks cancelled at the request of her primary care physician. They were provided a refund of 28% of the total cost. There was no reasoning that paying 2/3 of a plan for 1/3 of the timeframe was not appropriate. We are simply disgusted and will never refer anyone to them again after this experience. They simply took advantage of the situation and are extracting the maximum amount of $$ from our elderly parents.
