Dr Moore gave me a script for years. He knew I was a service tech we spoke in detail about t. I needed to have a form signed stating I could perform my job. He said I couldn't. He would not talk to me or make an appt. To work it out. I was out of work for 6 days until my family doctor could help. He does not care. Just another PILL MILL this is very sad.

He would not talk to me or make an appt to work it out. I was off 6 days until my employer could help me. He don't care just "A PILL MILL"

How does Sherwood Leo/Sherwood Liao, whatever ... keep up with All of his lies his whole life with such finesse in the past? Disgusting. The only place he could get a job was in Welch, West Virginia. He blamed everyone but himself for his sick behaviors. Sherwood Phillip Leo is such a loser and coward. He changes his name AND addresses frequently.
