I gave the receptionist all of the insurance information which was related to my motor vehicle accident. The receptionist and another staff member kept pressuring me to give them my personal health insurance information. I did not give them my health insurance card and contacted my health insurance provider when I arrived home. The representative said I did the right thing by not submitting it. They would have only rejected the payment because it was a motor vehicle claim. The only valid reason for requesting my card would have been to update my information if I was already a current patient if that practice. I was not. My concern is that the intent was to attempt to double bill the motor insurance company and my health insurance company. I will report this incident to NYS Health Dept and the NYS Better Business Bureau. I was very uncomfortable be pressured by the staff to surrender my health insurance card. I wish I had walked out of the office and not have been seen there.

Doesn't care about the patient and there needs while pregnant! Asked for several test to be done and nothing gets done! When he finally gets around for testing, tells u results will be in a certain day and that someone would call with results and never heard from them, even after about 10 calls to the office, all u get is lies on why they cant take ur call and that ur call would be returned, and never does!! Still waiting on results after 2 weeks and they have had results after 3-4 days of test! Staff does nothing but lie to get u off the phone! Wouldnt recommend Johnsons Health for anyone... 2402 Atherholt Rd, Lynchburg

Oops, mistakenly hit post review before I finished rating Dr. Alapati. Dr. Alapati will send you for test after test to get to the bottom of your symptoms, even just concerns. This Doctor does care about your health. Also, her nurses Erik & Laura they are smart awesome nurses. The whole BRW Pact Delta 2 Team are very polite. Thank you VA!

Brad here from Carl T in Phoenix in sunny AZ. We had a Lenka Stankova in medical school back in 2006 if its the same person you better have YOUR LIFE INSURANCE PAID IN FULL. Dallas VA is NOT the only one with spotty doctors we have our own Lenka Stankovas alot of Vets would love to show the door BUT MANAGEMENT MAKES THAT IMPOSSIBLE IN AZ. I also agree with hanging pictures of every doctor it will go along way as Vets Talk sometimes very loudly I am afraid they know who the doctors that are good and the ones that are not. Putting a name with face will help everyone from vets, to employees as well THERE IS NO DOWNSIDE I CAN SEE. I also like to add Carl T and staff encourage every vet to get scheduled we have the vaccine and we are waiting to SERVE YOU.

I am glad someone is finally using Elon Musk to solve some serious government problems but he can only suggest. Elon Musk has no power. I think we all wish he did to be able to have an HR department or a complaint office front in center who would actually investigate a veterans complaint instead of file 13 every single complaint due to doctors protections inside every VA accessible to every veteran not tucked away hidden in the back of some campus is not conducive to veterans trust. Congress has a higher approval rating and that isnt saying much. It allows poor doctors like Lenka Stankova who are hated by young and old veterans, who waste taxpayer dollars do more harm then good to flourish on every Veterans Hospital Campus because they are protected. We have more then a few Lenka Stankovas at my VA. Doctors who should have been shown the door a long time ago but enjoy the government protections and the thrill of screwing up Americas Heroes with no recourse.

Dr. Steven Jon Schichman is Director of the Urology Department at Hartford Hospital, Tallwood Men's Health Center. I thank God for Doctor Shichman. his sense of urgency was very comforting. In response to my initial contact, within minutes, he called me 3 times with updates and a next day appointment with Dr. Bieniek, an expert urologist on his staff.
