This is the farthest from a Japanese Company its an embarrassment to Japan and the Japanese people. This place could DOUBLE maybe even TRIPLE its productivity if the managers actually work along side there subordinates supervisors on the floor. People coming in looking homeless carrying cloths and blankets. People coming in half *** many in yoga clothes WERE YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING this place does not look or feel like a business but something far worse yet nothing is every said or done because it keeps happening. If I was the owner of BioLife or sitting on the board I would fire the current supervisors and mandate quotas on every single new employee especially the floor supervisors who in many donors opinions are costing BIOLIFE BIG TIME. A whole lot of money is being wasted and left on the table due to NO QUOTAS.

Stephen Holt is his name. He's the top guy at the VA. He's supposedly a doctor probably not a very good one. It's why he runs the VA more political then actually helping people. Most people don't get it he has budgets he has not got the money so he picks hires the lowest doctors the ones that nobody else can stand because there so bad at what they do. THEY ARE WELCOME AT THE VA I stopped using the VA all together for that reason. I heard from other Veterans that surgeries without ever meeting your surgeon was common practice. Shows how much Stephen Holt cares about veterans. If a surgeon is going to cut on me You can bet I am going to look him in the eye and get my questions answered. Not at the Dallas VA

He sold me a $500.00 mouth guard because he said I was grinding my teeth and that was a LIE... he just wanted the money; he grinned down two “PERFECTLY” great teeth for nothing just to put a crown on teeth so he can make money off his patients... it’s a DAYUM shame this man can not be Trusted because of MONEY!! Really? Put your patients first and your money will come through referrals. DO NOT Trust this man, you’ll be SORRY if u do

Dr Kristappa Sangavaram, MD double charged me $1,000. He charged me and my medical insurance company for the same injection of a steroid. Sometimes he uses the last name "Sangdidram", other times he uses the last name "Sangavarian" and other times he uses the last name "Sangavaram". He told me not to tell the other anesthesiologists but I did and I told the insurance company. Even his ex-partner told me "I know what Dr Sangavaram did to you...I know the story" and that's why he was told to leave and he had to go to a smaller place and he makes less money thanks to me because I told everyone. I spoke to him and he didn't know I told on him and he started trash talking his previous partners. In a way I won because he ended up earning much less money because I told everybody. Always report when physicians do that to you- it happens all the time and never pay a medical bill in this country because all those bills are fraudulent. I know because I worked in the medical field. Don't go to Dr Kristappa Sangavaram because besides that he doesn't do anything that will help you. He's strictly just works with botox and steroid blockers. He will try to shame you if you take pain meds. He calls your family members and gossips to your family members about you before he bills you. Remember: Always report these doctors to every appropriate agency and always name and shame them. This happens all the time in the United States. Only in 11 US states is it not permitted for a physician to over-bill you. In all the other 39 US states they are allowed but you must not pay it. I told you I worked in the medical field in this country.
