You meet all sorts of realtors, but this guy takes the cake. Rude, obnoxious, and can't keep his lies straight. I guess because I'm a woman he thought he could BS me. I'm warning everyone out there. Keller Williams Realtor Chris Lamrock is a lying, bullying, pscyho. We had to avoid him and let the listing agent contract we signed with him for our home in North Dallas expire. We were afraid of what he might do if we canceled the contract. We received numerous complaints during those 6 months from other agents about his behavior. The feedback was unprofessional to say the least. I would post more here but I am afraid the details would help him identify who we are. Texas Real Estate #692550 as of November 2020.

Well you know, that house you were bragging about at 175 Peninsula in Rowlett ain't doing too hot, now is it? Like other reviewers have said about you, you're real estate expertise is to reduce the price and then reduce it some more. You have reduced the price on this property 9 times. $3,400,000 to $1,959,900. You must hold the record for being the worst realtor in Texas. Go back to working at Sonic where your sales expertise can't screw up people wanting to buy a burger. Lol! What a joke you are! Lol!

This guy is a joke. I've known him for years and finally got sick and tired of him scamming people. Don't believe anything he says. Before becoming a realtor, he was a cop and was forced to quit for inappropriate behavior. No agency would hire him so he got a job at Sonic. That's right. The big bad army soldier and cop had to serve burgers because of his attitude and way he treated people, especially minorities. He lied his way into a job at Bikinis Sports Bar and was known for harassing all of the young girls. Sicko perv. After being fired, he had his friends help him cheat to pass his realtors license test. Now he's a realtor scamming and harassing. He works at Keller Williams now doing this thang like only this freak can. Its 2022 and he's still getting in trouble and lying to everyone.

This property is back on the market! Its listed for $2.3M. That's a discount of $1.1M! Whop whop! As of March 2024, its been on the market for almost 2 years. This is listing #5. Chris Lamrock out of Keller Williams is listing agent. Poor dumb baztard. Realtor #1 bailed 7/22. Realtor #2 bailed 1/23. Realtor #3 bailed 6/23. Realtor #4 bailed 9/23. That house will never pass a thorough inspection. Electrical and HVAC are a nightmare. All of the trim looks horrible and there's not a plumb wall in the joint. The remodel job done by Jadeh Investments after the house fire is a 3rd world hack job. That company is headquartered in a mexican used car lot in fabulous Garland.

Beware for first time buyers. Chris started off great with us at first trying to find a rental home. Then things in our life changed and we were on the market to buy. His tone then turned sour and got more condescending like we were supposed to know everything about buying a home or like we weren't moving fast enough for him to get his commission. He wasn't informative or helpful and I would NOT recommend him for a family that is looking to buy for the first time. He'll make you feel pressured to close or spend much more than your budget. Take your time and find someone who will work WITH you and FOR you.
