Fired from 8 startups in 2018 due to poorly constructed legal documents and even worse advice. Fired from my startup for screw up after screw up. Incorporation documents were a joke that I had to redo (and pay to have redone). Restricted stock option plan was full of holes and got me in trouble with an investor and an employee. And now I get to deal with the Securities Board and Comptroller thanks to Ryan's infamous advice. Ask around before working with Ryan Roberts. Ask Alexander Muse at Sumo Ventures. This is a fake VC firm. They don't have a fund. Venture Partners Alex Muse and Molly Cain are liars wasting everyone's time. My lawyer uncovered their lawsuits and fraud. No Dallas law firm we spoke with had anything good to say about Sumo, Alex, or Molly. Roberts Foster, VelaWood, Beckman, Haynes Boone all told us to be cautious before doing business with them.
