This is the worst mortgage company ever. Their fees are stupid high. Their interest rates are higher than everybody elses. They take forever on paperwork. Then they keep charging you for their delays and mistakes. I had to pay more interest because they took longer to get me what I needed. If they just did it when I asked, I would have save money. Don't use BB&T Bank.

Seriously wasted a bunch of our time with his advice. He is not an experienced executive as he claims. He is a mid-level employee that works in information technology. While he is on many boards, he got those positions by lying and deceiving people. Ask him to prove he has experience as a executive for a major company, had any real exits, or that he can even afford to be an investor. He is financial lower middle class at best. Sorry Dennis. You shouldn't go around spreading your bs.

Took my deposit and never finished the job. My house is tore up. Its a nightmare. He deposited my payment in his bank in november 2021. Haven't seen or heard from him in months. He won't return my calls.

This builder missed the original closing date, which he established with the mortgage company. Then he missed the next closing date, and the next, and the next, and so on. These are all dates he established. Moreover, he would attempt to discredit me with the mortgage company until he was caught doing so. In all, he missed over 6 deadlines and caused multiple extensions and cost increases. His poor planning and broken promises ruined our vacation plans and then our holiday plans. He is inconsiderate and a habitual fibber. Worst of all, his work is terrible. We and the bank's inspector now realize he has no idea what he is doing. He thinks building a home is spending a few minutes each week calling and texting contractors while he sits at Denny's. He never touched a tool or got his hands dirty building our home. The inspector kept flagging and flagging problems. We, the inspector and contractors complained repeatedly about his miscommunications, lack of home building knowledge and total absence on site. 214-837-7721

This builder has a practice of demanding a ransom payment (in the form of alleged change orders) at the end of a job and refusing to finish a job or not file a lien unless you pay the ransom. Milton has done this fraudulent lien and ransom multiple times. You can call the Better Business Bureau to get copies of the "closed" complaints. Or better yet, call the homeowners. Vu 214-455-2178. Over all shitty place. Nasty used soda cups and coffee cups every where. Supervisors carry on with sexual activity with employees. Upper management knows of the bias that is in there and encourage it. Don't value go reliable and hard working people but praise the ones who contribute nothing. If you are a convict you will fit in nicely half of the people are convicted felons. From bank robbery to drugs. The owner of this company would rather stay out of the country than to really understand why her good help is leaving . Susan Gravely you need to wake up and open your eyes to the problems in your company. If you are EVER sent to the place avoid it. All it does is cause health problems. Also if a supervisor injures you the receive no punishment for their actions . In fact they laugh about it. Precede with caution!!!!

Total waste of time and too expensive. Prices are very high! They keep changing the list of required documents and then their price went up. We wasted weeks and in our case, timing was very important. I do not recommend them or their lazy and expensive appraiser. They take advantage of minorities especially if you have an accent.
