Mr. Meredith i.s.187, 1171 65th St
Quite literally one of the best social studies teachers I could have ever had. Istg y'all are tweaking because i now have beef with whoever made the other ratings. Plus I like his headphones they're cool. He's funny and he genuinely tries so hard to make people laugh and its genuinely sad how y'all can't see that. Maybe when you deal with over 150 students every day you'll understand why he can sometime speak monotonously. I learned some things and he showed us a really cool movie at the end of the year. He expects us to know nothing more than what's taught in class and gosh... idk why... maybe because... ITS HIS JOB. gosh y'all want our teachers fired atp. so yeah. mr meredith is really cool and i'm glad he was my teacher.

Ricky Tejapaibul, Dallas, Texas
IT IS JUNE 2024. IT IS OFFICIAL. Ricky Tejapaibul was fired by board of Tech Wildcatters for cause. Terminated and not even given the chance to resign for reasons not disclosed due to HR policies and employment laws. However, those inside Tech Wildcatters have disclosed that Ricky was found embezzling funds and absent from work for weeks at a time. Ricky, who invested over $100,000 of his own money has lost the entire TW Fund which he was working on raising for 10 years. The TW website has been taken down and Ricky is believed to have fled to Thailand. This is a similar story to former TW CEO, Gabriella Zielke that trained and mentored Ricky. Gabriella fled to Mexico after embezzling over $1M in investor funds in 2015 leaving Ricky to run the company. Dallas awaits the next chapter of TW as its board and investors figure out a solution.

Veteran Administration Hospitals
The watchdog agency, Government Accounting Office (GAO) has called on VA to tighten up its credentialing. GOA’s audit of the agency found multiple instances where veterans received medical services from 57 disqualified providers who were disqualified from providing care to patients. “VHA facilities did not consistently adhere to policies regarding providers with adverse actions,” GAO said in its report. That report was delivered to the House Committee on Veterans *** Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. The report hones in on one massive failure within the agency that has plagued its hiring and credentialing of clinicians for years – – staff responsible for credentialing are not provided mandatory training focused on credentialing. Seems like an obvious issue given the history of problems VA continues to struggle with within its audits and various investigations by the press. FierceHealthcare, a government-centric publication, highlighted a few examples from the report worth noting. In at least five facilities, agency hiring officials were unaware of hiring policies against hiring doctors with revoked or surrendered medical licenses. Underlying admissions for relinquishing one’s licenses were in instances of misconduct, incompetence or providing substandard care. Anyone with these issues is supposed to be precluded from working for VA to provide medical care. In one instance, VA hired a nurse whose license was revoked for patient neglect who later resigned. This issue is not a new problem. Over the years, various news reports have highlighted VA’s struggle to maintain adequate credentialing of its doctors, which is a part of this problem. In some instances, VA would publish false credentials to the public about its own doctors. In one instance, VA reportedly hired a doctor who previously surrendered his license after failing to complete continuing education. Now, continuing education can be very important in areas like stroke treatment or management of atrial fibrillation, for example. In other instances, VA would select unqualified clinicians to provide diagnostic medical services including detection and treatment of veterans seeking benefits following traumatic brain injuries. In 2015, I started working with Kare11 News and AJ Lagoe to uncover instances where my own clients were economically or physically harmed due to this form of negligence. At that time, we uncovered VA used unqualified doctors to diagnose traumatic brain injuries. This investigation uncovered another problem where the agency published false or expired credentials to the public about their doctors – – both problems likely existed for a decade or longer. At the end of the day, the agency does not tightly police its own clinicians to ensure they are appropriately licensed, adequately credentialed, and adequately trained to provide the services they are providing to veterans nationwide. Obviously, the agency failed to address the core problem. The agency fails to hold officials accountable when they fail to select appropriately trained and qualified clinicians to provide medical services to veterans. Apparently, the problem is so prevalent the agency continued to hire unqualified clinicians to provide services to veterans without licenses to provide those services. Who will be held accountable? How many veterans were harmed?

DR. WEIHONG YUAN, 7700 CONGRESS AVENUE SUITE 1135, BOCA RATON, FL
I have been going to Dr. Yuan since 2015 for relief of pain in my lower back and other places as the need arises. She is a soft-spoken, gentle, personable woman who is gifted and superb in her professional expertise. On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the "best," I would rate Dr. Yuan as a "5". While she may speak softly, this is because she doesn't want to disturb patients in the adjourning room nor does she want to betray your privacy. She speaks slowly so that who have trouble hearing someone who doesn't speak loudly will be able to clearly understand her and focus on her words. In all of my visits over the past 3 years, I have walked out of her office a "renewed" woman able to meet my daily activities relieved of the agony that I experienced as I walked in to her office. There is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Yuan has "gifted" hands and that no one should think twice about going to her. Over the years, I have gone to many acupuncturists for treatments up north, and Dr. Yuan ranks among the "best" of the professional acupuncturists I have ever used. Norma Lent Auerbach, Ph.D.

Dr Eric Eifler, AZ
I had my first knee replacement surgery done in October 2015. During the recovery time I felt miserable for the first 3 months. I did not realize how painful it was going to be, but Dr. Eifler promise me it the long run with hard work I was going to feel so much better than the bone on bone pain. I did not believe him, But after the 4 month everything started to come around. I am able to climb on my tractor, due yard work and sleep better, I am also not afraid to get my other knee done. At first I was going to live with the pain, but the feeling of getting 10 years of my life back is worth the hard work. The surgery was very successful with no complication. I would also and have recommended Dr Eifler to people in need of knee replacement. He is a good Dr. and I like his personality, he can be hard on you when you need it, and at the same time appraise you for your hard work. Marie Doty
