Self centered and out of touch. Is a director of operations so he should be great at communicating and delegating work. Sadly isn't good at either. Is very out of touch with the duties of a front of house general manager. Lies about things he said to do and will blame you for his short comings. Is a director of operations for pints and has had whole restraunts quit on him for his incompetence. Loves to talk about his trip to Vietnam and joke about " going back to serving" I doudt he ever was a server seeing as he has no idea how to sell a ticket and routinely sells smaller tickets in the kitchen before large ones that came in first causing angry customers and comping them beers. Is out of shape and eats for free while constantly raising food prices and employee prices. Stares and excel sheets like he's trying to figure out some sort of complex theory and thinks highly of his skills (or lack there of) when literally any kid born after 1990 could do his job and set up those excel sheets seeing as how to use excel and add formulas and graphs and figure out how to balance expenses and increase revenue since this is all taught in any public high school. I don't know who's *** he has to *** to get this position but he must be able to *** chrome off rims with his income. As I said earlier jokes about going back to serving because minimum wage got raised as if the amount of money we are being paid these days is equivalent to what his fat *** was making in high school but with less buying power. Saying that should be easy to figure out why that's insulting. To joke about that when you're well off and cutting servers hours and making enough money to survive comfortably at that really shows how much he cares. Quality of work has really fallen off and he recently fired our host who was hired as a server and never got serving hours even though the kid always got great reviews (customers seemed to love him) and was always receiving praise for scoring perfect seceret shopper scores. It was sad to see him go after being strung along for so long and was the only worker who lived in the community and truly wanted to see the place thrive. Poor kid was the happiest and most driven person when he started with no experience and quickly picked it up and had an open mind trying to constantly get better. I have been here for years and honestly am leaving soon seeing the direction he's taking the restaurant. I.E. getting rid of the host, getting rid of the front of house general manager,cutting hours while hiring more people for menial jobs (expo,more servers with less hours [keeping hours low as to not give employees insurance.] also does not lead by example when operating at front of house general manager by delegating tasks that take longer to ask someone to do rather than doing it himself and letting the worker know. Gives bullshit excuses as to why it's more logical to make you do something that he should easily know how to do. The more I've seen him involved and sweating and talking to table the less and less I've seen regular customers come in. Does not hesitate to blame other for things that he did. Not to mention he walks up to severs tables after the customers leave to check how much the servers are being tipped. Expects servers to pay for food and soup that they are expected to know how it tastes, how much comes in a serving, and how many people it can feed. Is quick to cut hours, positions, benefits, cut himself when he longer feels urge to work all to keep his salary paid the same. Also enjoys walking up to servers tables while the server is busy making the rounds to their other tables and then act as if the server isn't doing their job. I do not doudt that if zoiglhaus intends to prosper and be a true staple of the community mo's gotta be the first to go, not to mention employing people from the neighborhood seeing as that's what's going to help bring up the neighborhood and bring them together. I've seen a lot less regulars since they got rid of the poor kid who was hired as a server and treated as a host. Honestly he's so bad at communicating that emails me and other employees have sent him about issues that need to be resolved and demands responses to emails that truly do not a require a response. Also likes to talk down to employees by using slightly better diction than a sophomore in an English class as he believes that using clever words to say something rude and unprofessional because he seems to think no one who works below him (saying below because this guy truly doesn't understand the first thing about motivating a team of servers or the kitchen and definitely only considers him self as a big *** instead of part of the team or [family] as he would call it whilst bullshit literally and figuratively pours from his mouth.) the owners who own zoiglhaus and pints should send someone in to watch and see what he actually gets done and how he works under the guise of being trained for a director of operations job at another location because god knows this guy couldn't even pass the test the servers must complete to work there. Likes to add how no one pulls their weight with out taking in to considerstion how understaffed the restaurant is and that poor kid he had hosting instead of working the position he was hired for had his name slandered because mo had asked the poor kid to run food and to hurry and go clean all the tables and had him running around like crazy pointing out dirty tables that the servers are supposed to clean (literally in the job description) which would make him leave the host stand and then talk about him forn not seating new customers after even though when he was trained he was told to only keep the front 8 window side booths clean as to never be far from the host stand. And don't even get me started on the amount of *** he gives us (servers) as an example during the fall of 2016 he had asked a morning server who had a lot of sidework to get done before opening to go sweep the fallen leaves out front in front of our neighboring business which the neighboring business owner yelled at the poor guy for and that mo blamed on the server. Here's hoping you find this review before even considering him for another director of operations/ front of house general manager to save your business the money and loss of customers and valued employees. He has after all already lost pints a whole staff (server, dishwasher, and kitchen) in Arizona I believe and had to leave zoiglhaus for a week as to hire new staff/ crew. If I can save even one company/ person the displeasure of meeting and or hiring/ working with him then I feel as if I've done the community and industry a great service.

This is absurd. The person is a r*cist projecting their prejudice onto you.

Do Not go to Group Health (or as my friends call it Group Death) and Dr. Gayatri Reddy who is one of their oncologist. January 2017, I went to see her from Spokane Washington. Made a special trip, because Group Health told me I needed to see one of their doctors before I could be referred on to a cancer research center. So my wife and i made the trip. Dr. Reddy came in, and asked "Why are you here to see me?" I told her I have a tumor on my kidney, I wanted a second opinion as to how to treat this." Her response? "Well, there is nothing I can do." I asked if she has reviewed my records. "Yes. The type of cancer you have, we cannot treat, so there is nothing I can do." (now I'm thinking, if you KNEW this, why didn't you call us so we did not have to make the trip over, book a room...) She then told me the best thing to do for a second opinion would be to see a GH Urologist. Okay, I said, could you help us get in to see one while we are in town for two days? Her reply was simple. "No. Any other questions?" My jaw dropped. I've lost one kidney to cancer. I'm really trying to keep the second one.. and this bed side manner SUCKED. When I said, no more questions, she got up thanked us for coming and left. a 4 - 5 minute exam. She did nothing. Oh, but Group Health was quick to bill me their $450. I'm a Group Health Member. For now. Please people if you have an appointment with Dr. Gayatri Reddy, CANCEL IT. There are good doctors out there, but NOT at Group Health Capitol Hill.

I already wrote a review on her but she made me really upset today so I’m going to write another one. Please I’m begging you NEVER take her class! She literally makes me cry because she criticizes my artwork and gives me low grades on it for no reason even though I work very hard in them and literally take days to complete them. She is a self centered and evil person and should not be an art teacher. She personally targets specific students, mainly ones who are quiet or have mental health problems. She assumes that we don’t have lives and that we’re just students and that her class is the only one in her school. I cannot emphasize this enough: please NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS TAKE HER CLASS! She will make you want to quit art please don’t rely on a teacher to teach you art, she doesn’t even teach anything you’re better off watching tutorials on youtube. If you ever see her name in your schedule, switch out of her class immediately. Thank you for reading this review, I hope this has helped you out. The nurse practitioner Erica, started off by telling me she would not be there much longer. I went for two issues, a post op which she didn't bother to check and fmla papers which I was advised that the doctor would determine if she could when I made the appt. Just to be told by the nurse practitioner that the doctor does not "generally" complete these forms. Why are we speaking in generalities? I am referring to a speciic issue. Which one is it? If I had been told the doctor generally did not do these and that the nurse practitioner would be leaving and wouldn't bother checking my incisions then I would not have made an appt. She couldn't fill out my forms "generally" but she could prescribed me sleeping medication specifically because medication is what I apparently need, not time. But co pay is always collected promptly. What a joke. I must say the office staff has also changed since I began. What used to be a lovely experience can now be likened to getting a tooth extracted. During another visit, I was charged for a visit I canceled and was advised the day of the occurrence that i would be given a credit only to be spoken to rather nastily by someone else on the day of my actual visit advising me I had a co pay. I advised that I spoke with someone else and they said they would notate the chart. To which the response was "well she is not here". And then the person proceeded to stand there as if this would make a differencence to me. What made it worse is that no one was getting my chart ready as if I would not be seen for a pre-op appt I must add. After some time, the nurse finally told me to have a seat (and I am assuming decided to do her job) at which point she comes out the door and tells me what I already knew. During this exchange I am preparing myself to present the charge showing on my statement when i noticed I was charged slightly more (I will admit it was not much) but it was more than my co-pay). When I inquired about it, I was told that the girl who input my card information (even though my appt was canceled) saw I had a small balance and tried to call me but could not reach me (that's funny because I have updated my number and had several telahealth appts on my current number). Instead of waiting to see me (which I was an active patient) and advising me of the additional balance they took it when taking the copay they should not have. I advised that this is never to be done without my consent again, I don't care about the amount. (Can someone also tell me how the front desk person did not know i paid but was able to tell me the scenario for which my card was charged and also able to tell me why the additional charge occurred?) Yeah right. My experiences prior to these recent experiences were always very good and my interactions with prior nurse practitioners and staff (who are all no longer there) had been great. My interactions with Dr. Hamawy have always been wonderful, however she needs to become aware that the people she hires represent her and currently they are doing a very poor job.

I finally got the Camaro ZL1 fixed, and it was not the Radar Detector or the Tinted Windows like your Service Manager Jay Bradley insisted & refused to service my car under warranty. "you should know that the advice on the possibility of electrical interference from a radar detector or Wi-Fi is a very real possibility" "We have made every effort to respond promptly to your needs. If for any reason the condition reoccurs without the presence of any other aftermarket electrical equipment in your vehicle please let us know immediately." The most frustrating part about dealing with your dealership as well as others is that I am the one who figured out what was wrong with the car not some certified GM tech. In the future before blaming customers & refusing to service cars that are STILL UNDER WARRANTY do a more thorough job & send your "techs" for the proper training. Purchased a new car in late April of this year and the car I purchased is Amazing the experience of Karl Chevrolet was not. Once the down payment was made the dealership was no where to be found, the woman I worked with was not knowledgeable about the car and gave me untrue information regarding features on the car.On 2 occasions when I was asking for some options to be included, Beth Karl told me not to get the because they were "ghetto". As I have not purchased a new car in some years, I had a few questions to be answered. My emails and calls to her went unanswered. I waited days for a response but to no avail, I finally had to speak to another sales person to get any sort of response which was just as frustrating. I threatened to cancel my car order on 2 occasions and both times they finally acted like they cared. It's been 17 months since I purchased the Camaro ZL1 Convertible and have had to bring the car in for repair 5 times due to the Tire Pressure Monitor System, Karl Chevrolet replaced my left rear tire in August of 2013 and since that tire replacement ,the problem with the TPMS has continued with the tire that was replaced. On Karl Chevrolet's last attempt to fix the tire,I was told by the service manager, Jay Bradley, that they "think" my radar detector is causing the TPMS problem; and if it happens again with the radar detector, they will not fix it. To quote Jay Bradley "possibility of electrical interference from a radar detector or Wi-Fi is a very real possibility" . I do not want "very real possibilities" when there is something wrong with my car that is still under warranty, I want facts. Karl Chevrolet has demonstrated to be unknowledgeable in the cars that they sell and also unable to repair them

Honestly if you like cheap bosses who love to screw over you and customers, this is the job! The manager at 1620 south congress ave in boynton beach knows nothing about cars but got his manager title by selling people on stuff his boss told him to sell such as air filters and other stuff. I was there for four years and didnt get once raise but they dont have an issue hiring some kid off the street who knows nothing about cars and pay him more then the person actually doing the work all because he can sell overpriced services to little old ladies!
