That house will never pass a thorough inspection. Electrical and HVAC are a nightmare. All of the trim looks horrible and there's not a plumb wall in the joint. The remodel job done by Jadeh Investments after the house fire is a 3rd world hack job. That company is headquartered in a mexican used car lot in fabulous Garland.

Do NOT give them your name, drivers license or social security number. Then they sell your identity so that illegal alien crooks ruin your name and credit. You will have loans, credit cards, and police criminal charges in your name and in your social security number. He did the same thing at his other dealerships that were shut down by the police. Check out Rayo Motors in Garland, Rayo Motors in Lewisville, Rayo Santos Motors in Lewisville, Car Mex in Garland. He's been ripping people off for over 15 years.
