Chili’s #1311, 4611 High Point Blvd., Harrisburg, PA, 17111

Rating: 1 out of 5.

I would rate it a 0 if that was an option. This is the second time I have had the same waitress and the second time she should have been fired. I don’t know her name as she doesn’t introduce herself. I will refer to her as the girl with the terrible attitude and too much fishing tackle in her face. She didn’t know what craft brews were on tap either time. She asks another waitress and that waitress knew, so how did she not. She then took our order. As we waited for our food all six people at our table ran out of beverages and we were not asked for a refill. However she was in plain site the entire time socializing with coworkers and joking around not paying attention to her job or her customers. No refill on chips or salsa was offered by her as well. When the food came, two of the orders were wrong. Then and only then did she ask if we wanted refills. I asked for the manager. When the manager came I informed her of the terrible service and that we would like a different server. Oliver was assigned to us and was very attentive and polite. Exactly what I would expect in customer service. When the bill came it was wrong as the waitress had rang in a 2 for $25 as individual items. I think this is done to raise the price to influence the tip. The manager stated it was due to the POS system and it is a know problem. Well if you know about it why aren’t your employees checking for it. Sounds to me like the theft of service. I am paying for not only my food but also to be served. After our new server was assigned the waitress with the bad attitude and too much fishing tackle in her face was seen being consoled and hugged by other employees in plain view of the dinning area. Totally unprofessional. She should be told if she doesn’t like to serve people or do her job she should find another job. And she really should cuz she *** at what she does. FYI the first time she served us we left a zero tip as the service was just as bad. Thought we would give it a second chance and just so happened to get the same inattentive waitress. Shame on that manager for allowing employees to not do their jobs.

Are you kidding me??? Expensive and the portions were so small. I ordered tortellini and I was served a total of 6. Yes 6!!!! The taste was okay but certainly not a restaurant that I would recommend. First and last time.

Has no integrity. Threatens and intimidates his direct reports. The only thing in his mind is business success no interest in people at all. Temperamental. Moody and worst of all blames his direct report for his failures. Sneaky not worthy of trust will stab you in the back the first chance he gets.

Do not go here for service, and if you do don't get Christy, I had been going here for awhile for my oil changes and stopped after they cracked my oil filter and I dint know til it was almost too late and needed a new engine, and my son worked there and was using my car and him and another employee would prank each other, which is fine but you don't prank someone to do intenal harm which he did when he added 20 weights to my back tire causing me to have to have new rotors and brakes and alignment done. When brought these to thier attention they dismissed them. Thought I would give second chance cause you really can't beat buy 1 oil change for 39.95 get 3 free, so I went there first thing this morning and I told Christy I wanted the same thing I had in the history of her iPad and yet she took it upon herself to upsale a 39.95 oil change to be a 69.95 one. I told the guy who took me to cashier (because shrews "busy") that I thought the special was $39.95 and he said not for synthetic, I replied I didn't ask for synthetic my car has never had synthetic and he said let me go get her, when she came I asked her why so much and not $39.95 and she stated they don't offer that special ,(funny because on the tv in the waiting are a commercial came on for oil changes at napoleons buy 1 for 39.95 get 3 free) I said really cause there was just a commercial on for it and after she looked like a deer caught in the headlights she replied you have to ask for it,but let me fix it for you....I won't be returning for the remainder of the 3 unless I know she won't be writing tickets. Maybe she thought her shirt unbuttoned and her *** showing I wouldn't care...it may work on some guys buy it didn't work on me

Cheddar's Casual Cafe, 925 State Rd 7, Wellington, FL, 33414

Rating: 2 out of 5.

Check #3211, Table 14/1 Server 199 Ashley C date 2/22/2020. Wait for table 1/2 hr(that was fine), seated & waited approx 6 mins for server to take drink order (3 adults, 3 children, 6 & 10), another 5 or 6 mins for drinks to be served, 10 mins before taking order, 40 mins before salads served & another 10 - 12 mins for entrees, Drinks not refilled & no silverware on table, had to go looking for it. When finished meal, which was hot & ok except steak was a little tough. Had to go & find manager to get the bill to pay. We did say something about the service to the manager & she did compensate part of the bill. But the server never came back to our table the manager worked with us. Unfortunately, this was our 2nd bad experience with Cheddar's recently, previously we had enjoy so wanted to give Cheddar's another chance. I do have to say that it is most likely we will not return. This is the worst restaurant that there is every time I go in there to get chicken pot pies they only put two bites of filling in the pies and they know that the customer can see that they have been cheated on the product when they get it home and open the box when I called the manager he laughed and said I don't know what to tell you when I asked for the supervisors phone number he told me to go on line and do my survey I have gone out my way in the past to go to kfc so I thought I would give them another chance but I guess that I was wrong

Dr. Jeffrey Pinsk, 3475 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA, 19335

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Dr. Pinsk is the best physician I've had in my more than 70 years on earth. First, he is extremely knowledgeable; second, he is very experienced --especially in dealing with seniors. He has "seen it all" and is able to interpret one's symptoms into finding the deeper cause of a problem. Third, he listens well and solicits the information he needs to treat the patient. Example- today he saw my wife who was experiencing fatigue, leg pain, and other symptoms such as an elevated blood pressure. Dr. Pinsk concluded the real problem was an adverse interaction from a new prescription that interfered with existing blood pressure meds. Less experienced doctors may have missed that and thus would have ordered a battery of tests that were unnecessary. Dr. Pinsk has a deep wisdom developed over decades from his knowledge of medicine and experience of treating hundreds (probably thousands) of patients. Thank you, Dr. Pinsk!
