The service was freindly fast and enjoyable Brenna was the best server ever. She went above and beyond. Pleasant helpful and efficient. Will definitely go back and make sure we get her. I visit this location because they are fast, hate waiting in line. The ladies that work the window in the mornings are great, Courteous and very attentive to their job and to the customer. Like the guy that takes orders and his up-sale comments, love his sense of humor. Only issue is the smell near the drive up window. Smells like a old stale trashcan. This area needs to be cleaned with a power washer on a regular basis.

Service TERRIBLE food good. I sat in drive through line for several minutes without anyone asking for my order. I had to pull around to window and then it took a while to get someone to the window! Terrible

Rude customer service at pickup window. Order has been wrong the last two times so i decided to check my biscuit before i left window. The girl at window "told" me to pull up at the line at curb they were on a timer. i told her i would NOT pull up because if my order was wrong i was not getting back in line. I have a schedule to keep too They are not the only people that have to work. She is always rude.

Ordered a big roast beef and got less then a regular roast beef. No horses radish In the bldg. Very saddened to have even wasted my time eating here. And won't be back. Every time i come here it's a let down. They should close there doors to the public.

On Nov. 23,2020 I did a online order for buy 2footlong get one free. This store was no longer doing that so I had them cancel my order. The manager told us that she would give me a refund on Monday. Monday came and went so response went back up there a week later and talked to another manger and the owner and was told that it would be taken care of. Its no almost a month later and its still not taken care of. I talked to the district manager and she was very condescending and VERY RUDE!! Told me that they couldn't give me a refund and that the managers there are not allowed to do refunds!! She refused to give me the owners name and phone number!! This is not the first time we have had a issue with them. The other time we did a online order they took my money and there was no one working!! That time it took me 2 weeks to get my money back!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THEIVES!! The sad part is they are getting away with it!!!
